Nice and friendly crew. Treated me like I was important. Checked over my whole engine and the air in my tires. I only needed a top off, but they took the time needed to do a great job.

Told me they could only change my oil using synthetic oil. $99 + tax. 2012 Silverado with 83,600 miles! I told them I only want regular oil and they said they couldn't use regular oil. Seriously? TOTAL SCAM! BEWARE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO SPARE! YOU WERE WARNED! Was a faithful customer for many years until this! I'm 59 and refuse to be scammed!

I had to get my oil changed months ago. There was a nice young man who helped me, and attempted to do the correct thing. But honestly the group of young boys were very unprofessional and frustrating me for using profanity, and joking around the entire time. The young man eventually told me that he could not change my oil because he couldn’t get whatever he needed open? He told me the previous people who changed my oil messed up putting the cap back onto my car. Watching on the cameras, I watched him use a wrench to bang on whatever he needed to open. He told me I had to go back to whoever previously changed my oil, so they could refund me or discount my new oil. I was really frustrated at this point, because it was a while ago of me needing an oil change. He told me he could change my air filter for a discount, so I took up the offer since he couldn’t change my damn oil. There ended up being no air filters in stock so he just wiped out my old filter. I was beyond myself and so done with all of this bs. I left having to pay $30 for what? Your horrible service? I started driving my car and it would not go. It was jilting, and told me from my dash I needed maintenance check. I called not even 3 minutes after leaving telling the group of people they needed to fix whatever they did wrong. Ended up putting the filter upside down, and a manager ended up being able to change my oil. Now months have passed and my car is beyond ruined. I have had issues with my engine running correctly and making absurd noises. I took my car to a friend who works on cars, and he told me that whoever changed my oil last, put the wrong oil into my car and ruined my shafts in the engine. I am beyond myself and can’t fathom going back here EVER. I wish I could do something more about this, but unfortunately I can’t. Never going back!!!! Fix your employees.

This oil change location is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They had me in and out in a short amount of time. I brought my own oil (Royal Purple 0W-20) and filter. So basically they only charged me for the labor. Of course they check Windshield Washer fluid. I already filled it. They checked windshield wipers and asked if I wanted new ones. They were going to check tire pressure but they are filled with Nitrogen and I guess they don't deal with Nitrogen. So six quarts of Royal Purple and a Wix filter later and I was on my way. They even walked me through the ridiculous process on our Tuscon to reset the reminder for service.

Where to start this is my highly go to place all the techs there went above and beyond very nice very friendly very thoughtful of my car like it was there own. service was excellent. They even check on me after I had just stop out on the street to make sure I was alright and my car.😃👍

Great service and advice! I am from out of state, and this location is as good as the location at home. Came in for an oil change, but Austin recommended I wait another 1500 miles. Topped off my oil, said I was good to go… no charge! Great crew of employees, will go back when we come back to visit family again!

Never going here again. Kept showing me things, and then would walk away laughing and saying i dont even know what they mean, tried asking me if i wanted premium air in my tires and kept going on about how they needed to order blinker fluid and winter air for the tires. I would give it 0 stars if i could.

I came in fifteen minutes before closing time. They were cleaning up but never offered one complaint. Friendly and joking to guy from outta town who got him back on the road and home. Eternally grateful to these guys. Great business and service.

Mack did an oil change on my friends vehicle and he was a joy to work with! He made sure to explain everything to us and make sure we were aware of what was being done. He was very kind and easy to talk too. Got service done fast and we HIGHLY recommend him!
