I believe his name was Dylan. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was a pleasure to work with i couldn't have asked for better. He answered all my questions and concerns. He even gave me helpful suggestions/tips. Everyone i encountered on 11/17 was nice. I will definitely be coming back here.

We've gone to this location several times and always have a great experience. This time we had a Skie for our oil change and she was awesome! She was warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and she even offered to let me get out of my car during the oil change to tend to my baby who was fussy in the backseat. We love this location and will definitely be back.

We always go to Valvoline to our vehicle maintenance. By far, our favorite is the one on Hampton in St. Louis city. They are always more attentive and give you the facts not trying to upsell you on anything. They’re always friendly and there’s not usually a line unlike the other Valvolines In the area. I really like that the staff appeared to be having a great time anytime I come in and there is a consistency and the staff. While I always use a Groupon for the actual oil change I generally do some sort of preventative maintenance at the same time-also getting a discount with a coupon. . Prices without A coupon are comparable to my local mechanic and a better value with a coupon is the reason I do Some of the preventative maintenance and care for the vehicle. I’d rather pay somebody to change my lightbulb, air Filter, or ineffective air filter rather than attempt to do it myself. Matt, the assistant manager is awesome and trustworthy.

It is rare to find local services for my cars that I can trust to be efficient, thorough, and cost-effective. I have been taking our three cars to the Valvoline on Hampton because I trust the staff there to provide me and my family with quality service!

Went in last Sunday for transmission service, later in the day car randomly started overheating. I know they don't take care of stuff like that but they were the only people open so when I called they said to come back and they'd take a look. Couldn't figure it out but they had me let the engine cool off and topped off all my coolant so I could make it home. Took it to a shop the next day, turns out there was an issue causing a coolant leak. They definitely saved the day so I could make it to Monday when the shop was open. Will definitely recommend this location, they have the best employees!

Awesome spot! Super friendly, high energy crew that keeps it moving. They took great care of my beater, gave me a head’s up on a few things, gave me a read out for a check engine light and had me back to work in 30 minutes. Wish they were a full service shop, I would take all my car probs to them in a heartbeat. 💗

These people are amazing. Systems are down and they are writing down orders and still knocking out order after order. Highly recommend and will be back again
