Was taking my cars there for years until last week. They installed my oil filter with the gasket misaligned which blew out a few days after. Caused a sudden loss in oil pressure while driving and a huge mess. Still not sure if the engine is going to be ok.

I have never seen people move so slowly, without a care in the world 1 car in front of me and our two oil Changes took over an hour While there were 6 employees in the shop At least 2 were standing around doing nothing the entire time! Chewing on their water bottle! Response to their management’s response: Damn you responded faster than anyone moved in that shop! I’m not complaining about sitting in line I’m saying your employees are lazy! 2 or more stood around and did nothing while 1 worked on each car If your paying all that labor maybe they should be doing something

Manager an Staff , Friendly, knowledgeable, qualified , expediant , helpful courteous at Tesson location I have oil changed filters, tires rotated battery check , transmission fluid changed, radiator flushed because I trust the Manager an Staff there an have confidence in their ability to do every job they do professionally

Entire staff was pleasant and personable. Shout out to Nermin who was super nice, informative, and provided quick service. Went in for an oil change and also had a new battery installed. Very happy with the service and I will definitely come back any time my truck needs serviced.

By far my favorite location. Always fast, friendly and honest. No upselling or pressuring you into additional services but will educate you on what the services are and why they are recommending them. Great team here and the manager is awesome!

I went in for an oil change and asked if they could check if I was due a tire rotation as well. I couldn't remember if it was done the last time. I could tell the serviceman was not interested in having to do one being as it was later in the day and a car waiting behind me. My service was extremely rushed, he told me that I did do a tire rotation the last time so not to worry about it. There was no regular check of my lights, breaks. He checked nothing under the hood but to only add new oil in it. I had to ask him to add wiper fluid, he did not put air in the tires. I left and noticed after the fact that for sure there was no added air in my tires, and checked my last invoice when I got home and no, I had not had a tire rotation the last visit so he lied to me. I went back the next day to address the situation and the manager did give me a free tire rotation and from there things were checked under the hood. While I appreciate the manager giving me a free service, I should not have been lied to by that employee. And the original service should not have been rushed and incomplete. I cannot say that I will ever go back to this location.

I was told they could do my transmission service even after telling the over the phone year make and model. I drove 40 minutes to only hear that they don't have enough Mercon LV transmomission fluid!

I’ve been going to this Valvoline location for a few years now & it’s always been great, however this past time I went they didn’t put my gasket back on. All of the oil poured out of my car & I didn’t realize til I was stranded on the side of the road. ☹️☹️ Luckily Kingshighway location was able to redo my oil change properly at no cost, & I got a refund from Tesson. I understand mistakes happen & I have sympathy for whoever’s behalf that fell on, I’m just upset that mistake could’ve costed me my car.

Had a really good experience 3 times over at this VIOC shop. Got all 3 of my vehicles' oils changed here the same day. I was treated respectfully by the staff. They were knowledgeable about their products and services. And I didn't feel like I was pressured into buying a bunch of extras when all I really needed was oil changes. The cost was a little high (in my opinion) for each vehicle. But for the amount of time it took, (about 20 minutes per vehicle) that's not exactly terrible. I would consider this shop again for oil change services in the future.

I contacted the store to find out how long their wait times were approximately and they treated it like it was a trade secret and you can't tell anybody. And then repeatedly explaining to me that the number of people in line could change before I get there as though lines are some new technology that most people are too stupid to understand how they work. I told them I'm not going to drive 20 mins. not knowing if there was a 15-ish minute wait or a 15-hour-ish wait. So I guess I'll just make a appointment somewhere else. They said okay and that was the end of it. They don't care if they're turning away customers. Okay, so I went ahead and made an appointment with Walmart of all places. 😳 I guess Valvoline instant oil change doesn't care if they have customers. EDIT: Even in the response to this review the owner is trying to explain to me how lines work. 🤔
