Quick and easy oil change. The service folks were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The location is convenient and I had no wait. I guess I came at the right time of day which was early in the morning.

I won’t be going back. I went spur of the moment because Walmart was busy and I had to go out of town. It was the first weekend in December I went and got my oil changed that Thursday! They didn’t clear the dashboard where it said MAINT REQ (lit up in yellow) I knew I should’ve taken it back but again I went out of town. My car started making a noise so I took it to the Toyota dealership. Now ending December and starting January, I’m down 997$ due to a pinched oil gasket. The only ones who worked on my car last was Valvoline on Hewitt Dr. so I won’t be going here anymore. I wouldn’t even recommend it to anyone. Had I driven my car any longer passed my hearing that noise I could’ve blown my engine. When that shouldn’t of ever happened.

Very friendly and professional staff. Mandi was very attentive to waiting vehicles. I had an oil filter leak concern and she assured me it would be taken care of if so. Unfortunately my worst fear was confirmed and its a main seal leak between the engine and trsnsmission. She and the crew topped me off with a few quarts free of charge without hesitation. Previous visit was equally pleasant.

Very respectful people were working. Answered all my questions i had. Also helped replace my windshield wipers and cabin air filter. Called a place to check a price for me on tire rotation since they do not offer it at this location.

They are friendly and very thorough of their service to my vehicle. They tell you what your vehicle needs based on mileage and offer other services to help keep your vehicle running great 👍

Everyone was very friendly and personable. Talked to me the whole time and it didn't affect their job. I highly recommend Valvaline Instant Oil Change. Hope, Mason, and Ellijah were amazing!!

New manager in July over-charged me and then didn’t check my battery. 2 days later I was stranded and in need of a new battery. Said I never would go back, but Brian who was working today, always takes such good care of us. He’s the only consistently in that place. Thank you Brian, for treating us right and being kind and thorough we will be back!

Specifically asked if they could service my car and had parts in stock as soon as I arrived. Waited in line 30+ minutes to find out they don't have the parts in stock. Not going back again.

First time going there after it being highly recommended and now I know why! Quick, friendly and so respectful. Definitely will be back and customer service was sincerely caring answering questions. Scotty went above and beyond making it such a better experience than the place I had been before! Actually answered questions and explained the process!

The Manager on duty was a whopping 20 years old. The regular manager was off that day. One guy called in to work , then showed up later and I heard them talking to him, and it was by far, the stupidest mess of a conversation, I've ever heard. . . There were 5 guys there, and common sense or intelligence was ??? somewhere in the building? I hope? The guy who managed my ticket and oil change left and worked on something else , so then some stuff got missed entirely, I do not like remaining in the car, while they tell me, do this. Do that , I'm a female over 40, I dont want to help YOU DO YOUR OWN JOB, DUDE ! Just let me sit in the waiting room in peace. Nope ! There were a couple mistakes made. I had to ask and remind them, nicely, at the end. :/ I do not know if I got a good oil change or not, to be honest.. My regular mechanic couldn't do it I was in a bind , and this place was available and affordable, thank you THERE. :) If you want Professional, maturity, and job done right with no errors or reminders , I don't know if you should come here. If you want cheaper and don't care, come here. :)

Very helpful, very commutative on how long the process will take and how much it will cost. Had to get my oil changed and my ac flushed out, better price than across the street.

Called to ask if they do inspections at 11:44 AM. The girl on the phone said yes, but then went to check with the guy who does them. She came back and said he was gonna be done for the day doing them, but tomorrow they could. Not sure if it was the rain she didn't say. Both Valvoline places on Hewitt drive must dislike money on rainy days. FYI State inspections can be done on rainy days but they choose not to. Going 20 mph and slamming on the brakes with ABS is not that dangerous in rain. You don't do inspections for my 7 bucks, you do it so I will come back another day and buy an oil change or another service where your margins are. You do business on customers schedule, not your own. Turning people away for inspections is turning away future business. It might be a great place to get your car service, who knows.
