Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and informed me about the state of my car in a way I could understand. They were also very fast! I appreciate you guys being open on Christmas Eve, that was super helpful!

Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout my service. There was a trainee who was working on my vehicle with incredible supervision. The teamwork and communication between service members was impressive and reassuring.

I had my wife's car and my trucks oil change done here a couple of months ago. They broke my filter casing and asked that I not let one bad experience deter me from coming back, so I just came in for a simple inspection, and the person who needs to do the inspection is not here. John, the manager, is late and won't be in until 9. Way to set an example John.

Love not having to change my oil, at 67 my days of laying on the concrete floor are over. They are nice to deal with and answer any questions that I have. Plus they are quick to get things done.

This Valvoline in China Spring, TX is my go-to for oil changes, batteries, tire checks, and questions. Mgr. John and employee Philip are competent, kind, communicative, and efficient. I have always been treated fairly and honestly. Thank you to both of them and to the way the shop is run!!!

Very efficiently run business with very helpful employees. Wait time is very minimum if at all. If a stall is open you can actually pull in and have all four tires checked for air with zero cost.

I’ve never had a bad experience at the Valvoline in China Spring. That is the only place I will go. Everyone there is always so kind and welcoming. I’m always greeted with a smile. Some of the staff even know me by my name now.

Excellent customer service. I especially appreciate that I was shown filters and was told that, based on their condition, they did not need replaced. As woman, I didn’t feel talked down to-which has been the case elsewhere.
