Dillon and Sam did a great job! I’m not sure of the name of the tech who was under my car but he did great too! Very knowledgeable and Dillon was very helpful in explaining things I never even knew about vehicles.

Believe it or not a live squirrel was found inside of the air filter compartment while I was getting an oil changed done. The staff at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change managed to remove the squirrel and let it out of the garage and went above and beyond to help me and get me back on the road with fresh oil and no rodent stow-aways! The staff was very nice and helpful, as well as working hard and efficiently!

Went here today for my routine oil change and presented my email coupon for $25.00 off. Tech repeatedly told me he could only give me $20.00 off. I had to involve manager to get$25.00. Tech's attitude was less than pleasant because he had to give me the $25 off.

Slow. We were third in line and waited for thirty minutes today and the first car never moved. When I asked the guy if we were in the wrong line, he said they are short on help today. This new Valvoline business is surely not instant. Not going back.

Was disappointed that the company I had been using was sold. Their system did not have a complete history of my truck maintenance. They changed the process from the previous company and were a little rude when I wasn't following

Quick oil change full synthetic $106 out the door in 15 minutes, CSR: Baylen, Topside: Lucas, Bottomside: Robert. These guys were great! Highly recommend and I'll be back in 5000 miles.

Terrible service since the change. Tried 3 times for inspection. Twice no one available to do the inspection. Third time was told shutting down soon and couldn't do. Tried once to have oil changed and was told to go down the street, probably cheaper. Seriously? Turning down business??

I've been having my truck oil change done here for years because they were quick and very friendly. Ever since the store has changed to Valvoline, it takes MUCH longer for oil change. People are still friendly, but takes too long now!

Over $100 for an oil change, waited 40 min then changed my mind as other cars were still ahead of me. Only two out of three bays were open. How are we supposed to afford to live?! Everything has gotten outrageously expensive! Thank you for the response and honestly, it ended up costing more to go to the other place because they undid a hose that was causing my car to idle really hard then it literally shut down while I was driving. So, I had to get to a repair shop. I will look for those coupons and maybe give you another try next time!

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! EVERY person with whom i interacted was super friendly, professional and personable! I am not from the area but needed service on my Kia and was instantly put at ease. Jesus worked with me to get the oil changed and air and cabin filters replaced. They did not try to upsell me or take advantage.i had stopped by a few days earlier and they were closed due to a sign being replaced. Brent was so apologetic and the reason I came back to this location.I WILL be back and highly recommend this business!

This was a quick and easy oil change. I’m not even sure it took 10 minutes. The staff was super friendly. The price seemed fair.
