I was having trouble finding a mechanic for my 02' F150. One guy said he could see me in a month and needed a month to finish. After going through the phone book I found Vannok. They were able to see me in a day and quoted me half of what the other mechanic did. They also finished in two days, very fast for my problem. I highly recommend them. Besides what I've already said they are very courteous. I will be a customer for life.

I have a bmw and no shop in Baton Rouge could do what they did to my car today love this shop I make my whole family go for everything oil changes all the way to gaskets.

My daughter is in college in Baton Rouge. She was concerned that her 2009 Lexus RX350 A/C was malfunctioning. I had her take the vehicle to Lexus, and after several days, Lexus called and said a $4K plus full A/C system replacement was needed. I decided to get a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did. Vanak, after several hours of testing the system showed me that the A/C per their computers was working properly. They added freon and thank the Lord it's been blowing cold and working just fine! And, blessedly, it only cost $150. I HIGHLY recommend this very honest, credible, and quality automotive repair service!

Gm, I took my car to Vannak Automotive cause my tranmission was shifting very hard they called Carshield to describe my problems and in 2 weeks my car is running like a champ so I recommend any one with extended warranty go to them and I promised you will be very satisfy about their work.

No other shop in town could work on my 2018 Mercedes Benz C300. Many shops advised me to go to the dealer. Finally, I found Vannak Automotive, which works on all foreign vehicles. They offer reasonable prices and good turnaround times. They always call me with updates or to request approval for additional work on my vehicle. I highly recommend them if you have problems with your foreign vehicle.

They give you the run around when you call them to ask what happen to your personal items that was inside of my trunk when I brought my car there. Acting like he don’t remember. I had a transmission in my trunk that I believe that they rebuild and put back in my car. It’s doing the same exact thing. 11 months later. On transmission work they give you a year. He gave me six months . He knew what he was doing. Be wise on who you let work on your car.

a few days ago my camry was starting to make a clicking sound i'm so worry i get them to take a look for me right away. the owner there just go the glove box and told me it's just the fan and something got stuck in it he just do a quick cleanup and told me it wasn't a big deal. really helpful and truthful.
