Varina Automotive is the best shop we have ever used. More than once my husband and I have had issues with oil change companies or battery warranties and Varina Automotive was an advocate for us the whole way through. We will only be taking our cars here because we know they do it right. Bonus points to Jason who is the best help with any issues or scheduling on the phone!!

Jason and Kevin are always on point. Arrived with a problem and they took care of it in a timely manner. Honest. Didn't charge me for what I didn't need (could have told me I needed a new battery or alternator, but it checked out) just needed cleaning.

We've taken our cars to Varina Automotive for more than 20 years. From state inspections, to diagnostics and larger repairs, they have always clearly and honestly explained issues, been spot-on or come in a little under their estimates for repair (no big surprises that weren't mentioned), and worked efficiently to complete repairs. The work they do is exceptional and they're good and trustworthy.

My car was towed to Varina Automotive. Because I didn’t have an appointment, I wasn’t expecting fast service. Not only was I given information about the problem the same day, I had my car back the next day. Between the great service and always nice employees, it’s a great place to go for car care.
