Not sure why this guy gets such good "customer service" reviews. I called with an emergency and someone just says "Hello" when they picked up. One of the most basic rules of business is to have a professional greeting. There was also a baby crying in the background and I could barely hear. I had to explain that I thought this was the number to Vasquez Mobile. He just goes "I'm not in town right now" like I have a lot of audacity calling him or something. And I said sorry for bothering you and hung up. I would have no way of knowing that you "aren't in town" as Google says open til 12am. Don't make your customers feel stupid by trying to sus out if they even have the right number when you say "hello?" all confused and then act halfway confused that someone would actually call your business during your stated business hours. If this guy can't be bothered to have a professional phone system, I would for dang sure not trust him with my vehicle. Yuck.

We love Mr Vasquez. We never worry or stress when he has our vehicles. He has worked on many of our families vehicles and he is always honest and the work is always done correctly. He is always our first choice when choosing a mechanic. For the bad review KC. Mr Vasquez first language I believe is Spanish. I’m sorry that he didn’t appease you the way YOU NEED. He doesn’t always return my calls and he is hard to get a hold of because he is very busy. I promise you he’s not gonna hurt from losing business from you. I will wait a week or two if I have to so so can get him to work on my vehicle because he is honest and the work is done right as I stated before I saw your review. He may not be amazing at customer service but I assure you he is an amazing mechanic. So sorry you jumped to conclusions and felt the need to leave him a bad review before having him actually work on your vehicle.

Don't trust this man he's a scam artist he fixed one of my vehicles and he did a good job but when I took a another vehicle to him to fix he said that the engine was bad he can fix it but I had to buy a new engine and he would install it so I waited 6 months save money to fix my vehicle which would have been about 3500 so I met another guy can you replace the water pump and thermostat and that's all it was don't be fooled by the scam artist because I was

Pulled into the love's truck. Stop early in the morning when out to start the truck. Alternator bad called Vasquez mobile mechanic. Not only did he pick up a new alternator for me, he had it installed in no time flat highly recommend. I give him a 10 star.

My vehicle broke down while on vacation and this mechanic was very nice to work with! He was fast, trustworthy and did quality repairs! His prices are also much better than other nearby shops. Highly recommended!!

Contacted to get estimate and difficulty of vacuum hose replacement. Owner very customer oriented, exceptional price point to fix. Has lift on site and will be revisiting in near future. Traveling through not enough time for repair service.

I was stranded at the hospital, he arrived within 35 minutes, figured out the problem, and got it fixed on the spot. Didn't try to get anymore money than needed. He was very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Alfredo helped me tremendously I couldn't find a mechanic to check why my oil was leaking every one was booked Jiffy lube wanted to charge me $125 just to diagnose the issue I seen Vasquez mobile repair on Google decided to give it a try he scheduled me for the following day "Saturday" I work during the week so that was fantastic I went he diagnosed it he ordered the part & I was out of there in a little over an hour Thank you Alfredo SO VERY MUCH

Daughter was having issues with shifting on her DODGE RAM traveling from Kansas to AZ. Called at 6 am on a Saturday. Daughter drove to his location and he had her up and going in the time frame he gave me. Great service. And great people. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area or traveling and finding themselves in need of mechanical help

Great guy, he showed up fast with the starter and helped us switch it out. The price was fair for the turn around on the work. Once we got it running he called me to check if everything was still okay. Honest person, would highly recommend if you are broken down in the middle of New Mexico

I was driving by Albuquerque when our RV air suspension started deflating. Alfredo was very honest in saying that he is not specialized in RVs but he could come and see it. I called other RV mechanics, who wanted to replace the airbags without even seeing it. Alfredo showed up this morning and was able to fix it in less than an hour.

I was driving on the I-40 East and broke down, I contacted M&S transmission first but since they were busy and couldn’t help the owner Francisco had the owner of Vasquez Mobile work on my Dodge Durango. They were the best people I’ve encountered in a long time, they put work aside to help me back to get on the road. There are still good people out there and he is a living proof of that. If anyone ever need work done while traveling give this guys a call.

We were passing through Cortez, and an engine light came on. I called and left a message after hours, and they returned my call promptly the next morning. We didn't use their services as we were heading south, but any company that returns your call is fantastic. Sadly, customer service has eroded over the years. An a great shout out to this company for reaching out to travelers.

While me & my hubby was on I-40 heading out of Albuquerque our van overheated. It took quite a bit of time but managed to make it to a hotel. We went through Google and found Mr. Vasquez and called him. He was busy that day but came to the hotel where we were and worked on our van. He was professional, fair and kind. We thank him for taking the time to help us.

Alfredo was an absolute wizard!! Card battery died out yesterday and I needed someone to replace the alternator... ASAP! All the other mobile mechanic companies in the area wouldn't be able to do it until next week sometime. 🙄😫 Called Alfredo, he fit the job into his schedule easily. He was at the apartment within 2 or 3 hours, and had the job all finished within an hour. Got me to work on time, and did it for a better price than any other shop I could find. I cannot recommend this family business enough! He will be honest, helpful, and fair. If you need automotive help and don't wanna deal with towing to shops and jacked up parts costs, call Alfredo!!!!

I was driving through Albuquerque when my turbo inlet hose busted. I had didn’t know what I was gonna do because I still had hours to drive to make it to work the next day. I called Vasquez mobile auto repair. He told me to meet him at his shop and he was able to get the parts and fix the hose right away. I am forever thankful for this man. He didn’t hesitate to help me in my time of need. He is affordable, reliable, and honest. Thank you so much for your help you are a true God send. Thanks again. Dios lo bendiga.

Best mechanic I've ever met. Great customer service, Best prices, especially for the quality of his work. This man went above and beyond to help us get our car running, he made sure to give Best (and affordable) prices, plus drove me to get the parts I needed. He even fixed extra stuff on my vehicle just to help us out more. He was very reliable and got here on time, he also was very honest - he only fix what needed to be fixed and didn't try to do extra stuff i didn't need just to make money. I highly recommend this man. He saved me hundreds of dollars.
