I have trust issues being a female due to bad experiences at other shops. This place took great care of me for a reasonable price. I will never go to another shop moving forward Micah is such a honest friendly and awsome person.

I had an amazing experience at Vassor Village Tire and Service! After going to four different shops, they all stated it was a wiring issue when I knew it was the transmission. Micah, the owner, was able to properly diagnose my vehicle, and my transmission was repaired within that week. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend this shop.

I've had multiple services done on a couple of my vehicles from electrical issues to hub and berings there hasn't been anything they haven't been able to fix. Prices are fair and service is quick. We'll recommended

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I brought my car in initially for an electric problem I was having with not having tail lights and these people do not know what they are doing because first they said it was faulty wiring, then said it was the fuse, and also said after all that failed that it was a break light sensor for the end result to be that wasn’t the problem either. Instead of just acknowledging they didn’t know what they were doing they took days of my time away, had to call off of work, and was penalized because of it. That’s not even the worse! I was hearing a loud squeaking noise come from the front of my car in which I addressed at the same time I addressed the issues with my lights and they stated the noise was because I had a bad right front Passenger wheel baring. I paid $398.18 for them to change hub assembly for that still to not be the cause of the squeaking coming from my car. I don’t even believe I actually had a bad wheel baring because in fact they didn’t even change the right passenger. Afterwards they claimed it was the back right passenger that was changed so that’s already saying one thing and doing another RIGHT THERE! I took my car to them 8/9/2024, 8/10/2024, and 8/12/2024 in which they had my car all of those days for me to be called to come get my car and still no resolution to the problem. I feel very dissatisfied with the service of this company and do not recommend anyone waste they’re time going to them for anything serious. Maybe to get minor things done like breaks and rotors are cool but anything seriously mechanically wrong with your car AVOID AT ALL COST! I feel I was robbed out of my money!!!! Which explains why they don’t give receipts. So now I’m out of $398.18 and my car still needs fixed.

Perfect Mechanic. He's a fair and honest, man . They can take cars apart and put them back together again. I got new tires on today. It took 15 minutes, and I was out the door. This young man's name is Micah. He is the proprietor. Call that#. No answer text. Instead, he responds in 10 minutes

Got breaks and rotors all replaced mean while mines did not sound bad before being replaced it’s only been 3 months and my breaks sound HORRIBLE do not recommend!

TERRIBLE BUSINESS!! i went there because I needed a new tire and they were the closest and the mechanic told me he didn’t know how to change a tire and that the tire guy wasn’t there . He proceeded to act like he was calling somebody to “come help” me then ignored me completely . Their customer service SUCKS!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I needed to bring in my civic because of an issue that i hadn’t quite known about but the gentleman working on my car was so helpful and worked on the car in an amazing fashion for an amazing price. I would recommend this shop to anyone who doesn’t want to overpay for services that are super simple and easy to fix. Great shop!
