Vaughan Automotive is the BEST hands down! Took my Mercedes in for some battery maintenance and both were replaced within a couple of hours! If you’re looking for fast, friendly and honest service, this is the place to go! Ask for Cody! His customer service was EXCELLENT!

I had my Mercedes Benz towed to Vaughan Automotive and they diagnosed the issue and got me back on the road. It was an issue that the other shop had over look, and that caused me to be stranded. Thanks Vaughan, I will now be bringing all my vehicles to you for service.

I brought my car in when my EPC light appeared on my dash. And while I didn’t expect to get the quote that I received (mainly because I didn’t truly know how deep the issues were beforehand), the folks at Vaughan Automotive took care of my Volkswagen and got us back up and running. They also have a very cool tracking system that keeps you updated along the process, and include pictures so you have a visual as well. I would recommend and will be returning for my car needs in the future!

My Mercedes GLC experienced an odd set of problems related to malfunctions of, first one headlight, then another. Other shops wanted to replace an entire headlight assembly or simply couldn’t do the work. Vaughn used their up-to-date analysis equipment and determined that the problem was a part within one headlight. Their analysis was thorough, our discussions of the possibility of further issues were honest and transparent, and their repairs were reasonably priced. I will definitely go back!

Vaughan Automotive took on a unique challenge with my MB E350’s odd “rattle” at start up and shake during shifting at high speed. Without hesitation or ambiguity, Mathew was quick to diagnose and more importantly explain (in layman’s terms) what was going on and the plan to resolution. The guys were fantastic to work with and provided detailed notes/video through the entire repair. It’s been a month and the car is running like a top! Vaughan is out “go-to” for all our cars mechanical repairs.

I recently brought my car in for service, including tire replacement. The staff was incredibly friendly, and their customer service was superb. They recommended a great tire brand, and I can already feel the difference - my car drives much more comfortably and smoothly now.

I’ve been taking my cars here for years! I trust Matt and the services provided. They also take pictures of everything, so you have proof when something needs to be fixed, which is so helpful because I dont know much about cars. Customer Service is also great! Overall, they’re great - I highly recommend them if you have a European luxury car.
