Came here paid 478.33 to get brakes and rotors changed for the rear of my car. Car kept making noise as I’m braking. Called the shop David owner said bring the car in which I did 2 times they said there’s nothing wrong with the brakes and rotor and will not replace it because there’s no sign of needing to be replaced I came to a local mechanic shop they stated the rotors were NEVER CHANGED only the brake pads were changed . Be aware Rotors that they supposedly changed back in may. These were never changed it still has the factory blue mark. Very dishonest people. They just want your money. Update!! You guys never told me that the rotors need to be replaced because I had paid for new brakes and rotors back in May. When I came in 2 to 3 times I was never told anything needed to be repaired. Everybody in your shop kept telling me the car is fine. The car is fine and you guys see no problems. I don’t appreciate you lying in a Google review. You also informed me that there is no work order because you cannot find me in your system because you got a new system back in April which I came in May that made no sense. About how you are lying stating that you told me my car needed new rotors. Would you David look me in my eye and said there’s nothing wrong with my car and my brakes and rotors are all at 50% that was a lie when I took it to the shop they said my rotors were never replaced who would pay almost $500 to just get brakes resurfaced? VEY DISHONEST !

My cousin came here in May to get her brakes and rotors replaced at $500 for a Toyota Camry mind you not a Mercedes or other luxury vehicle. Everything seemed fine til a month ago where noises were being heard from her rear right side. I stated to her that it was definitely the brakes and rotors that needed to be replaced. (We just moved here from California and both our father’s own auto shops back home, safe to say we know what we’re talking about.) She takes the car back to them, was informed that she needed new tires because her brakes and rotors are at 50% and there was nothing wrong with them. I hesitantly told her not to do them but she insisted it needed to be changed out per what they told her. She went ahead and changed the tires as they mentioned to her, and the noise was still there. She contacted the shop back and informed them, and they told her that they already checked the brakes and rotors there’s nothing wrong with it and that they are not going to replace them because they’ve already checked it and that they cannot warranty out the parts even though she got it done five months ago. They even told her they got a new system in April and they can’t find her in their system when she had come in May and that they cannot find her work order to even show that she got her car fixed here. So she went elsewhere paid again to get her brakes and rotors replaced. The shop showed her that the rotors were never replaced. Be aware that this shop likes to take peoples money and lie.

This is a dishonest shop and doesn’t listen to customer requests. I asked for a tire rotation and rotor polish and dude tried to charge me $500 when a rotation should be free and polish should be like $60 max. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE. Receipts attached!

The first time that i came to Vegas Performance i was nervous because i had different problems with another mechanics because they was not honest with me about my cars. When i came to Vegas Performance they gave me confident on the work that they were doing on my car. After that day my car didn't have much problems except maintenance. I am really happy with them and i recommend for everyone that doesn't have confident to choose them first as a mechanic.

David and his crew are amazing. I went there for a clutch repair on my camaro and had an amazing experience with great pricing. Took my mini van that was having coolant issues as well. They are the only mechanics I will go to in Vegas. Professional kind reasonable and honest! Update: David’s crew has fallen off dramatically I’ve taken quite a few vehicles here now and they can’t fix something as a leaking oil pan gasket now. Updating review to two stars as I’ve also recommended friends and family to go here only for them to also have problems with their cars when returned. It’s a shame thought this shop was finally a good one I found.

The guy David is the real deal you really get what you pay for. I’ve took my car to him twice & both times I’ve been satisfied. It’s hard to trust a mechanic but this guy breaks it down to you from point A to point Z and is really honest with what he does to your vehicle. Also his staff is really professional and kind. This place deserves all 5 stars!

Vegas performance mechanic work is unsatisfactory pure customer service very rude I bought my vehicle to them and paid out and they still didnt fixed what was the problem when they seen that my vehicle was messed up in some areas they were paid out to fix and still hasn’t resolved whats going on with the mechanical issues to my vehicle
