I have been a customer at this shop for a while now, I liked it until I brought my truck to them to get Service, well I decided not to get it fixed. So I came to receive my truck saw the man I’d dealt with and asked him for my key as he was leaving. He told me my key was at the front desk. I went in to get my key went to my truck and discovered my truck had been trashed and my speaker amp and whole radio were gone. I felt like it was an inside job because they never did call me to tell me my things were gone, to find out they left my truck door open also and then they parked my truck in the back and it was in front of their store that’s very strange and not accurate at all I will never take any more of my cars here ever and they feel their not responsible for it and I left it to them they wrong and wrong is wrong they will get theirs GOD DONT LIKE UGLY!! Never again. They didn't give me all the video of someone stealing my things further or let me know this was an inside job!! All them cats on the lot but mines get broken into Smh will never get my business again.

they won't even answer the phone. I call then they hang up at all locations! Just shut down the shops or at least answer phone, send to voice mail.yall wild

I always tell people about this place , never had and issue just awkward silence / limited communication when you have to wait inside, but they always get the job done and dont try to over charge or get over.

I had my three months oil change yesterday. As usual my experience was an A plus. The representative was polite and the service was on point. This is my go to. Try it.

Over price everything they do I found out I paid to much which is my fault for not shopping around going to the first shop in a panic but they put the belt to my a$$ and taught me a lesson with there high prices so guess what ........ Never again work was awesome tho no lie

Hello again every chance I get, I’m gonna not patronize this place they said I had too much oil in my engine, took it somewhere else. They said there were nothing wrong with the engine. The Cadillac converter was clogged you people need to be put out of business telling people over and over $2000 to get your car fixed when only was 1000 you need to get your business in Anybody don’t go to this place they are a rip off

Nice and helpful customer service. When I went up there they helped me right away and ordered my car part same day. Fast service when I brung my car back. Answered all the questions. Fast and easy service for my muffler.

I have been here a few times and for the most part they have been pretty diligent on getting the quotes and services done on time, however this last time I was given 3 different time son when my car would be available leaving me without a car for almost 4 days. They said one thing was wrong with it when it wasn’t and then had to order a new part which took a lot longer than I was told. And no one ever answers the phone. I had called 6 times on one day and no one answered. This experience was not at all pleasant to my last few times there. I will not be returning.

I've delt with them several times before, but this experience was one of the worst ever. I am not satisfied with the work that was done. And I still have issues that have not been resolved.

Outside, of the fact that only (1) person speaks English, they get the job done. I've dealt with them multiple times, no issues.
