When this girl backed into my car I called Tesla they referred this body shop and when I went in it showed that my insurance accepted them so I gave them a try and they were excellent from explaining what needs to be fixed on the car approximately time that was going to take pending on getting the parts and they kept me posted every Tuesday and Thursday until my car was fixed they coordinated with a rental car agency under my insurance and everything went great they did an awesome job The car was washed and clean before I picked it up very pleased highly recommend.

Great experience with my contact person at Velocity. Constant communication and updates at each step of the process. Car was ready when promised, great quality of work. Hope I never need a body shop again but if I do these are the folks I would use. Highly recommend them..

I can't recommend Velocity Collision Center highly enough! From the moment I walked in, their customer service was outstanding. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. When my car rental pickup service was delayed, they didn't hesitate to drop me off at the location. These guys did a phenomenal job on my Tesla Y. I had a couple dings on my trunk lid and they restored it to new! Eye sore gone! In and out in 5 days.

I had a really good experience with velocity collision repair. From the moment I called them to see if they could take my Tesla right after a car accident during my lunch break they were communicative, friendly, informative, and fixed my Tesla in a very timely Manner. I had more communication from them than I did from my adjuster and the weekly updates were helpful. They finished my car in three weeks and I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I need, I will use them again. Thanks guys.

I would highly recommend looking no further than Velocity Collision Center for any bodywork repairs for your car, especially fellow Tesla owners. Velocity Collision Center was referred to me from a friend, knowing I needed a Tesla certified body shop, and I wouldn’t trust my car to just anyone. I quickly found out why they were referred to me. From beginning to end I received great communication with knowledgeable, patient, talented, extremely friendly, and caring individuals, who all worked together like a well-oiled machine, never leaving me to question their knowledge with Tesla. Being this was my first time personally working with a body shop, I didn’t really know the process. From my first phone call, speaking with Justin, I already felt taken cared of, and that was before even stepping foot into their building. Justin took his time explaining the steps that would be taken for the needed repair, as well as making sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. I then brought my car down to Velocity and BJ did the estimate for me, which I found to be a fair price, actually better than I expected. He took thorough pictures of the damaged area and entire car, then made a detailed description for insurance purposes. BJ explained everything required and made sure I knew what to do next. Couldn’t have been made more simple coming from their end - a breath of fresh air for me. As icing on the cake, another associate, Roland, went out of his way to communicate with me to ensure that the billing was completed between the insurance company and Velocity’s accounting department, which was important to me before bringing my car in. Roland even called when he hadn’t yet gotten a final answer back from either, ensuring he didn’t forget about me. Very impressed by this, and honestly a wow-factor, not commonly experienced in communication nowadays. My trust in Velocity never varied from start to finish, particularly because BJ had monitored my car throughout its repair process, solidifying my confidence in knowing I went with the right body shop. He made drop off easy and seamless, especially by calling Enterprise to pick me up to get my rental. When picking up my car, it was just as easy. I simply had to leave the rental at Velocity and drive my car off. I couldn’t have been happier with the finished product: they did a phenomenal job! The bodywork and paint are guaranteed for the life of the car, and on top of everything, I got a clean car back – interior and exterior, which is always high on my priority list. Everyone I came in contact with truly listened and delivered. To give a five-star review I look for my holy trinity: knowledge, communication, and a great job/experience. In reviewing Velocity Collision Center, I’m left wishing there were more than five stars to give.

Everyone at Velocity was so wonderful and helpful in getting me through the process of fixing my car after my first accident. They went out of their way to assist me with a rather difficult insurance claim and even made sure I had my rental car all set up with Enterprise. They called me with regular updates and were understanding when there was a delay in getting the payment from the insurance company. I can’t say enough about how great they were and how grateful I am for the service and support!

I could not be happier with how my car looks after these guys did "their thing." I'd never heard of them before my recent need, but now I'm their best walking advertising!

This location was fast and extremely great at customer service! They immediately got me scheduled for an insurance claim. Other locations had a 2-3 week wait! The quality of work was awesome and they kept me up to date in progress! Highly recommend this location!

Okay, so I have a 2023 Tesla. I worked with BJ originally and he was absolutely zero help. I had my Tesla in there. Multiple times due to the clear coat was way off when I picked up the vehicle. It looked like I was looking at 3D paint. I took it back to them 3 times to try and correct. I mentioned I was documenting this and would like it to be fixed. He stated he would TRY ONE MORE TIME. I ALREADY NEW BASED OK HIS ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME AND LACK of customer SERVICE. I just went ahead and reached out to the owner directly. Very nice guy. He mentioned to me if it needed to be repainted he would honor that which he did. It’s nice when an owner is willing to actually put forth the effort to make it to where it was done correctly. When I got the vehicle back the paint was like it was support be originally. They kept my car for additional two weeks to correct this. I had to call BJ with updates. He never called me to proved any updates etc. when I got the car back I had called him. I had razor blade scratches on my glass roof, my left tail light and rear left side of my wing. I called Bj and asked him to please share this with the owner. I did not reach out to the owner directly as this seems as when they touch my car I get it back in worse shape than I took it them originally. They are just a headache and would highly recommend you take your vehicle to another shop that actually does the work correctly the first time. It was a 3 month venture. Good luck everyone

This place has great reviews for a reason! I decided to go with them after checking the reviews and wait times for all the shops my insurance “State Farm” recommended, they were all terrible… velocity works with them even tho they aren’t suggested on the app. No wait time for an appraisal and we’re able to get to work on my vehicle once the first set of parts were ordered. While being in their shop I received 2 calls a week with updates on the progress of the repairs from the owner BJ who is a very friendly individual. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs after being in an accident and will be telling anyone I know to come to this shop!

Roland should be used as an example for ANYONE in the service industry. My car didn’t have AC in the Vegas heat, and he fixed it before I even knew he started working on it. Couldn’t recommend velocity enough!

This is the best shop I have ever used. With kids, wife and myself we have been involved in 6 auto repairs in the last 2 years (none our fault). Velocity was one of the few shops able to work on EVs. Had an estimate from another shop but wasn't impressed so made an appointment with Velocity. From the start everything was laid out crystal clear with potential variances due to insurance. The car was repaired, supplements required, approved, additional parts ordered and the car back to new. Even though the time expected to get the car back stayed on schedule, they still called every week just to update status, amazing customer service. Customer for life, simply the best.

Velocity collision did an amazing job repairing my tesla, It looked better than when I took delivery of it brand new. The Panel gaps that Tesla said were "in spec" were gone. Plus it drives just as good as it was brand new despite the damage it suffered. BJ and Maria kept me in the loop the entire time with updates twice a week never leaving me in the dark. They even worked with me when my insurance company (long story) would not pay them the labor rates that they usually charge. If you ever need any repairs done, no other place in Vegas compares to Velocity collision!
