Had a little mishap with my brand new truck and thought I messed up the brake fluid line on my front passenger tire. I called Mark at Venture Auto Werks and he told me to bring it in first thing in the morning. I dropped it off and went about my day. Within a couple of hours I got a call saying he did a thorough check and even got a second opinion from another mechanic and they found nothing wrong with the truck whatsoever. I asked him to bill me for his time and he refused saying that he couldn't charge me since there was nothing to fix. He was such an honest mechanic who just wanted to do the right thing. I highly recommend this auto shop if you have any issues with your car.

Quick to respond to my overnight message, Very experienced and knowledgeable on my car, and others that I'm interested in. Clean professional shop and they got the repairs done quickly and fairly. Five stars for sure. Update Jan. 2025. Mark is an expert, very fair, professional and easy to talk with. I have to give Venture Auto Werks another 5 stars.

We were on our way to Miami for a cruise and broke down on I-95 at 10pm on a Saturday. I looked up the nearest VW mechanic and saw Venture’s great reviews. I thought I would attempt to call to see if there was an after hours number but I didn’t leave a message. Mark called me back almost immediately and was very friendly and reassuring. We had the tow truck bring the car to Venture and Mark told us he would take care of it. Communication on the cruise was spotty but Mark got in touch with me on Monday morning with a diagnosis and got our car up and running. We will actually need additional warranty repairs through Volkswagen but Mark has given us all the information we need for the dealership back at home. We were able to pick up our car from a safe location the next Sunday on the way home from the cruise and Mark called me the next day to make sure we made it back safely. Everyone in Jupiter, FL should use Mark and Venture for all your automotive needs. He saved our vacation!

I came into Venture with a quick question not sure if they could help me with my car. Essentially the people that did my oil change didn't tighten everything correctly and so I had a giant piece under my car flapping around on the highway. Mark was super nice and took my car in to do a quick look. They kindly did a temporary fix free of charge for me and he offered to order my parts ASAP. While ago I had issue with my Volkswagen no mechanic knew what was wrong with it. Went to Mark and his team. They quickly figured it out and fixed it for reasonable price. This is the only place I go to with my car problems saves time and money.

Kudos to Mark and his team at VAW. There was a very odd & difficult problem with my Ford Expedition that seemed to be pointing in one way, but Mark caught a very slight abnormality in a completely different component that turned out to be the root cause of the problem. It was a very hard to detect error. Much thanks and praise to these guys. Awesome Job. Highly Recommended!!!

If you're looking for an exceptional mechanic, I highly recommend Mark and his team. He was recommended to me, and was amazing from the initial phone call to the problem he finally fixed, after three years of warning lights and money spent with four other mechanics. Very nice, down to earth guy, and was completley transparent about the costs and work he had performed. I must add, It was a perk that he was $700 cheaper than the dealership's estimate, while also replacing an extra part before it too failed for my Volkswagen. Additionally, backs his honesty and great workmanship with a 2 year 24,000 mile warenty on any parts he puts in. The whole process was very timely and seamless! I walked out beyond extremely pleased with the experience. Thanks so much Venture Autowerks! Would 110% recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service I could not speak highly enough of Mark and his shop! When I tell you this is THE best place to go in Jupiter to get your car taken care of by an honest and highly compassionate mechanic I mean it. I’m absolutely shocked by the level of customer service, expertise, and value provided by Mark and his team after taking my car to a shop in Miami for an urgent repair that Venture Werks had to repair. That’s right, they repaired another shops shotty work with great customer service included. Thank you Mark!

I love venture auto works even though I do not have a car. Every time me and my mom walks into the shop we see how mark and his buddy’s work hard on the the cars in the shop. Even though at the end of the day he comes home and annoys me about how the day went at the shop🤣

I took my 2014 Tacoma to mark for a air conditioning issue ,turned out to be a big job that included removing my whole dashboard.He repaired my truck and had back to me in a very respectable time and have had no issues . I would highly recommend venture auto werks.

Mark and his team did an incredible job working on my Passat. My dash had been lit up, giving me Christmas tree vibes, for a bit. I finally called Venture in hopes of just getting some info and making a future appointment. Mark was able to get my car in that morning and made time to check it out himself, all while leaving for vacation that day. He communicated consistently, was honest and knowledgeable, and had my car out the door by late afternoon. As someone who trusts very few mechanics, I will definitely be bringing my car to Mark and his team for whatever I need in the future!

We are coming back to Mark. He fixed our Passat at a very reasonable price and very quickly. We could not be happier with his services. The cost of repairs was doubled at the dealership. The repairs also have a warranty.
