The guys always come in clutch. I've been coming to them for years now, and they always come through with everything while keeping it simple and to the point. I've gone to several other mechanics that always give me some side quest and rigamarol, but they always have the answers. And its not one of those things where they give you a quick fix. Then you're set back a couple months later, cause they didn't fix the main issue, just a band-aid. It's the right fix every time from my experience. Love the owner as well. Kind man.

Fair pricing, quick and friendly service, helpful and honest 🙏🏼 I went in for an oil change and they were very straightforward about pricing. They didn’t try to overcharge me like most places would try to. I appreciate them for taking care of me! Will be coming back here for my future needs

I just left the workshop I've been here several times. The gentleman doesn't beat around the bush, he gets straight to the point, he tells you exactly what it is. Excellent service. I recommend them. Acabo de salir del taller Ya he venido varias veces. El Señor no da vueltas, se va al grano, te dice precisamente lo que es. Excelente atención. Se los recomiendo.

Great service, My car was breaking down 5 minutes away and I’m glad I found this shop. He inspected my car quickly and fixed someone else’s bad job. Prices were quoted below others. Would recommend!

I called in Yesterday to replace the brake pads and they told me 185$. When i went today they told me 200$. They gave me a diffrrent price. Bad costumer service overall!!!

I called on the phone on a Thursday about my AC blowing hot air. Multiple mechanics told me it’s the compressor. Young agreed that it’s the compressor and told me he could get to it on Monday. Mind you this is during a nasty heat wave. He gave me a good price so I decided to wait the 4 days. I called him on Friday to confirm I’d bring the car on Monday, and he said actually he’s busy on Monday, could I bring it on Tuesday? Okay, no problem. I switched my WFH day to Tuesday to accommodate. Tuesday morning at 8:30 I show up with my car. Young tells me he never ordered the part and now he can’t get it today and oh by the way, the cost will be $600 more than he quoted me. Now I’ve lost my WFH day and my AC is still blowing hot air in a heat wave. He straight up told me he forgot about me. Not sure why this also means the price needed to increase so much. I see this is not the only review that states this place raises the price when you walk in. Now I’m back to square one. Go somewhere else.

I've been to many oil change stations, but Vermont Auto Center stands out from the rest. Their team is incredibly skilled and experienced, and they took great care of my vehicle. They used high-quality oil and filters, and I felt confident that my engine was in good hands. Plus, the waiting area was clean and comfortable. This is now my go-to place for oil changes.

Prompt Friendly Affordable Professional Been going to BMW dealer for most of my maintenance. Now that my warranty is over, started looking for a auto center for an affordable engine oil change. Vermont Auto Center was not only $70 cheaper than the dealer auto shop, they took less than 45min. With the dealer it usually takes 3-5 hours and you have to make a reservation. Vermont Auto closes on Sat. For a quick quote, call them!

So I have been coming to see Mr Kim about 3 different cars (a Volvo, and two Hyundai) since 2008. I now live in Malibu. That sorta says it all. Honest, fair priced, and owned by a good person...which I have seen every time I see how he interacts with me, and other customers. The best.

There's no better place I could have taken my car to be serviced. Even as a walk-in, I was seen in under half an hour and my car was finished just as fast. The price was incredibly reasonable, and the garage owner was professional and engaging. I won't take my car anywhere else at this point.
