If I could leave negative stars I would this is for the reconditioning center although the interior detail was far from perfect it was satisfactory however they broke a button on my navigation head unit and never even mentioned it until I brought it up and it's taken two weeks now and we still have no resolve to the issue Elizabeth I think her name was needs some serious help on customer service and in dealing with issues in a timely manner didn't expect this at all from vern eide very piss poor to make the customer jump through all these hoops to get his car fixed when there the ones that damaged it will not repeat business with the recon center

This is for the Service Center! We were on our way back home (an hour away) & I blew a tire. Thankfully we were only a couple miles out of town & were able to get in quickly here. We were in SF to bring our 16 year old pup to the vet for some pain management & were told if the shot doesn't work, it's time to let him go. So then to get something in my tire, made for a very bad day! They did everything they could to try & get my tire patched quickly but were not able to so they put the spare on. They did not charge me for any of it knowing we were having a terrible day so far. Even tho they werent able to fix it, their incredible customer service made a lasting impression on us. The way you make others feel, matters. The next new vehicle we need, we'll definitely be looking at Verne Eide! Liz & a very nice guy (I can't recall his name but he had glasses & dark hair, sorry!) were the ones who helped us. Thank you two so much!

My mom had her CRV in for body work In May and we were both extremely happy with the outcome. Marty C was very helpful from the begging to end. He explained everything with how the process will work and even helped us with insurance questions. He was quick to email back and everything went very smooth. Crystal J was also super helpful and text my mom daily with updates so we always knew what was going on. Crystal was very friendly and we knew the car was in good hands. Thank you to Marty, Crystal and the body shop for making this a positive expereince.

Quote for collision repair was done efficiently. Accidents are never stress free and the people at Vern Eide are always kind. Rylan was a great person to work with and gave a fair and honest quote. Repair scheduled for the future.

Rylan V. takes his job serious and makes sure the customer is pleased with the results! The PDR (paintless dent repair) guy does a fabulous job as well. I would highly recommend this body shop!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean and bright service area and pleasant waiting with complimentary beverages. My estimate was done quicker than expected. They also have enough toys to keep you entertained while waiting. Vern Eide has almost everything from Acura to Verado.

Called and made an appointment. Show up and talked to 4 different people only to be told that I would need to make another appointment. I took the day off only to have to come back a different day. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Top notch service and "as new" repairs. I brought a car in for a hood repair on a Thursday morning. They said it may take until Monday but had it repaired and painted by Friday afternoon! They gave me a free loaner car and did an amazing job on the hood. I'd go back here in a heartbeat! 3/28/22 update I have come to VE six times for some major work and they continue to impress me. No need to look anywhere else! 5 Stars!
