Female power! I was lucky enough having the chance to work with not one, but two female associates/sales people. AND a lady finance person. Something about that as a female customer was empowering. I’ve been buying my cars through Jill Baier for 16 years now & it’s amazing to see her working with the next generation of female associates!!!! And Maggie was so full of knowledge and showing me all the positive points to getting a hybrid. She really drove home the safety features, but also the fun stuff that made me leap into getting my first plug in vehicle!

We recently purchased a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SE 4WD Sport Utility and worked with Matt S during the process. He made the entire experience seamless and stress-free! Five months have passed and I’m changing my review. I have had nothing but problems with the battery in this vehicle. I finally confirmed it has a parasitic draining defect and there have been class action lawsuits against Honda about this problem. I had a problem with the blower fan immediately after purchasing and the service dept ignored my calls. I have no interest in giving Vern Eide any more of my money. I didn’t buy their extended warranty. I couldn’t afford it. They screwed me. They sold me a defective product. Do not buy a used vehicle from these crooks.

I had an amazing experience leasing my vehicle from Vern Eide Mitsubishi. They are a reputable car dealership that I would strongly recommend to my friends and family. The dealership building is new and very clean. Staff is very polite. Maggie, my sales person, is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and was attentive to my preferences. John, the business manager, made the finance side of things so easy. These two, and everyone behind the scenes, made me feel appreciated and not just another number.

"I want to start by saying that I admire all of the workers at your company. Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with any issues. However, I do have some concerns regarding the Outlander, specifically with the maps. I recently had my car in there for an update that was offered, but unfortunately, it still doesn’t seem to be working properly. For example, the system indicates that I’m approaching a gravel road when in fact the road has been paved for years. This has been a frustrating issue. I also find it hard to believe that your company uses TomTom for your navigation system. It does not offer automatic updates. Given the price of the car I leased, which was quite expensive, I expected a more reliable and up-to-date navigation system. It’s hard to understand why a company of your size would rely on such outdated technology. I’m hearing from others that they’ve had similar frustrations, and I believe this is starting to impact your company’s reputation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I truly value the customer service but feel let down by the technology aspect."

I went in thinking I would not get approved for a car. So I took chance. Eliana took me the through the steps and she was awesome. Next step was talking with John about financing, seeing what can be done. They were both kind and layed everything out also what to expect. After talking and going on the test drive. John came back saying I got approved. They both care about making sure I understood the finical side of it and didn't try to sell something I didn't need. Vern Eide has a customer for life. Thank for making the car experience easy

First I would like to say if I could give 10 stars I would. I had had a horrible experience at another dealership. I was forced to drive my vehicle that was unsafe home 6 months pregnant with my 2 year old in my car after I was told I could use the rental until the part came in then they backed out last minute. I explained my situation to Elizabeth in the service department and told her everything that happened. I asked for a price quote and asked if they could get me back on the road by this weekend. She gave me a quote $300 less than the other dealership and comped a rental vehicle for me in the meantime so I could pick up my other children from school and still be able to get to a Dr appt. Not only did they fix my vehicle same day but they vaccumed and washed my vehicle and communicated with me the whole time. Elizabeth in service was amazing! And vern customer service was absolutely amazing. I wish I would have moved to sioux falls sooner and gotten my vehicle here. Leah who took my phone calls as well in service department was so friendly. I highly recommend anything you need done here. They care about their customers and the vehicles they are working on.

Horrible experience! Salesman Jared wrote up a sales agreement that wasn’t honored. No money down only applies when they haven’t marked the car up $6k over book value! Then, the “CEO” told him to offer me a car that was more expensive than what I was able to afford and tried to pass it off as a “better deal.” If it really was The CEO, then he doesn’t know anything about how to handle customers. Sales manager didn’t give a damn about an obviously upset customer. Had more empathy from someone in the service department. Will not do business with any Vern Eide lot. Negative 10 stars.

I arrived at Mitsubishi Sioux Falls shortly after 7 AM. They immediately took my Eclipse cross with a flat tire without an appointment. After removing the tire, a piece of metal was discovered. By early afternoon, I had my vehicle back with a brand new tire and a part of a scissors as a souvenir for the damage done. I am so grateful for the competent, Professional and efficiency of the entire procedure. Thank you all at Vern Eide Mitsubishi of Sioux Falls, South Dakota Dakota! Patti

I took it in for an oil change and the engine light had just come on. They assessed the problem, informed me, and I gave them my decision. They got it right in and had it done so I could take it out of town for the holidays. Excellent service!! My van is running great!

It was my first experience buying a vehicle on my own and was a little nerve wracking. Maggie Heegee was my sales Rep. She was super nice and very helpful and explained more about the business and financing situation to me and showed me a few great vehicles and helped me find one that I just love. She answered my questions in an easy to understand way and when I was concerned about how my credit might affect my options for financing let me know that it wasn't any issue that they helped people with all sorts of credit situations. They were also willing to work with me on getting my old broken down vehicle traded in for my new one giving me time to clean up my old vehicle and send it in to them. A wonderful experience over all and I definitely would recommend. Thank you so much!
