10 stars! From start to finish what a service business should strive for. Rebecca in the office was great and Payton, well Payton was the mechanic that every customer dreams of. Patient, curious and enjoying a challenge. This young man grew up with a wrench in his hand and a natural affinity for machines. Former Marine (thank you Sir!) with whom I am proud to say I met and worked with. A somewhat new and slightly complicated in field replacement of a D-12 fan hub. Conducted with confidence and curiosity and demonstrated tricks that even an ancient dog had not seen. Well done!

Called this outfit a few weeks ago to come out and replace a couple tires on an intermodal chassis in Shawnee Kansas (20 minutes from where their terminal is at.) At first when i called they gave an eta of an hour to and hour and a half….. hour and a half went by…. I called and they said they would get to me in an hour…. An hour went by…. Called again… they said 20-25 minutes….. 30 minutes went by…. Called again. Again they said 20-30 minutes…. They finally showed up an hour later… 4.5 hours waiting for them to come out and change out 2 tires. And to top it off it took the guy 1 hour for 2 tires…. Save yourself the headache and call someone else.

This guys were awesome our brake chamber mount broke off LOVES across from the casino wouldn't fix because they said it needed to be welded and they don't do that told us to go to dealership so I did some research and call at night the lady that answer the phone told me call back first thing in morning she will send someone out. Well no one in Kansas City or Missouri had the mount so she order me next day service it came in and the guys came out as soon as mount came in took them 1 hour 20 minutes, cost us about $1300 dollars only because the rush on the mount we had to pay more otherwise would have been under 1000.00. What was replaced brake chamber, the mount, slack.

would never use veteran tire service again should of shopped around more was in situation where i needed to keep moving veteran tire service took full advantage of my situation to get as much money as they can while a guy is down on luck $1489.00 to come out and put 2 off brand steer tires on they took full advantage of situation plus guy just plops polished aluminum wheel on asphalt scratches up wheel 👎

We do understand that we gave this company a call to come over and get one of our trucks running again. Guy came over and gave driver small talk then started looking over the truck. Everything this guy started looking over was very basic which driver explained that he has already checked everything which the service guy came back and asked why am i here? At this point the driver and repair guy came to a decission that the service guy wasn't able to do anything at all. Service guy said well thats 380.00 and wanted paid! Well they ending up agreeing on 180 cash and a drive to the ATM and McDonalds so the driver can get something to eat which was a few blocks from the ATM. Long story short, I believe that if you DON'T HAVE A FLAT TIRE OR SOMETHING THAT THIS COMPANY CAN HOOK A AIR HOLES UP TO THIS COMPANY ISN'T FOR YOU! I'm sure that this company may be able for minor repairs but please be aware they carry tera computer programmer which is a basic programming that doesn't work well with the latest programming of trucks, So let my lesson with this company help make up your mind before calling and giving away your hard earned money for NOTHING AT ALL!!! Now the choice is your!! Be safe bothers

My company that I am leased to called your company for a service call to replace a broken glad hand on the trailer was told by my company would be there in 90 minutes not so once work was done I paid the bill but your tech. Provided no completed work order no receipt for my check. Stated company would email my company a copy of work order and receipt don't know if you did or not the next day I called your company and tried to get a copy of work order faxed to me and was informed that you don't know what a fax machine is but you would email it to me. If I wanted emailed to me I would have requested that. Me personally will never call your service

Really nice folks, but they will beat the brakes off you. Almost $700 for a radiator hose, 2 clamps,antifreeze, and a service call is pretty rough. Once again, really nice folks.

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF !! Replacement of air hose cost me $ 1,401.96, which is ridiculous ! Truck was on 140 E 40 HWY Sweet Springs MO 65351 .. 60 mi drive and the air hose part total cost $ 1,401.96 ?!?! They don't even deserve the one star I was forced to give them..

This company Is by far the worst Roadside Service I have ever had the "pleasure" of using. My main issue being with their call service, which may I say is the most unorganized system I have ever had to deal with. And If that wasn't bad enough, their prices are highway robbery, which doesn't help with the horrendous services. Familys, If you are ever looking for a reliable Roadside Service company to help your loved one get home safe, rely on any company but this one!!

Would like to express my gratitude to the two guys that work for this company. We got a call from our twins that are going to college at Pitt State. They had a flat tire on 69 highway on the way home and we were about an hour away. I wish i had their names but two guys from this company stopped and change the tire and had them back on the road just as we drove up. This world needs more people like this that are willing to help others in need. I can't thank you enough for your kindness as i sit and think of all the bad things that could of happened while they sit there waiting for us to get there.
