Got an oil change here this week and loved the experience. The front desk staff are very amicable, waiting room is very cozy (with super fast wifi), and prices are very reasonable! My go to in the area for anything automotive!

The staff is great. I recently decided to buy a used Audi RS5. I found Vex before the purchase and they answered any questions I had about the car and made me feel better about the purchase. I did a PPI before I signed (bought out of state). As soon as I could I bright the car to Vex for a post purchase inspection. Even though the oil change was not needed I had them do an oil change and they suggested plugs since it wasn’t in the recent car history. Vinnie himself answered questions about the car. I know issues will arise but having Vex to do the work gives me a little piece of mind. Again. The staff is great. Kimberly responds very quickly to my questions and they all greet you upon arrival with smiling faces.

Vinnie is an honest man, and despite my cayenne being old, he told me the real about the cost of the repair and the cost of the vehicle. With that being said, he still swapped out the air suspension on my old Cayenne Turbo for factory coil-overs, getting it back to roadworthiness. everything taught and feels like Porsche installed it themselves. highly recommend, even if you have to drive outside your city like i did. highly recommend. Honest shop, Honest mechanic.

Over the last several months Vinnies has been my go to for repairs. They have gone above and beyond for me. Even went to my house to fix repair! They even gave it a wash that last go around :). You cant get better service than that! Also, a shout out to ladies who kept me calm throughout this ordeal lol. Will always recommend Vinnies!!!

I got my Audi A6 tuned here and the process went super smoothly. Everyone that I talked to was super friendly and knowledgeable, definitely a step or two above your typical independent shops. They have covered parking inside their gates so your car doesn't have to sit in the elements while it's waiting in line to be worked on. I'll definitely be coming back!

Shout out to Vinnie's Exotics - VEX European. I have aways heard great things, but finally took a weekday off work and got a chance to find out first hand. The entire staff was kind and knowledgeable. Vinnie even sat aside some of his time for a little Q&A was very appreciative of. I felt very welcomed unlike past experiences with other shops and dealerships. Not to mention the amazing vehicles I got to see while I waited on my oil change. 😬

If you have a Porsche or other exotic, there isn't a better place to have it serviced or repaired. Vinnie is very knowledgeable and the repairs are done right. He will be my go to in the future.

This place is by far the best experience I have had. I have owned numerous foreign vehicles and have been getting fed up with the dealership prices and getting the "foreign car" price. I wanted to get some performance upgrades and shopped around to see if anything was reasonable. Some places wouldn't give me a quote and stated oh that type of work is undetermined. Some gave me a ridiculous price. Amanda was able to give a great and reasonable quote and a timeliness of when the job would be completed. Now not only did they complete the job when they said they would they were honest enough to let me know of something I requested that I didn't need which ultimately cost me less than what I quoted. Now that is a pivotal because other places would've just taken the money and be done with it. If you are in Southeast Louisiana I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vinnie's Exotics and looking forward to doing more business with them.
