My experience was very great at victory lane automotive. I went down to get an oil change and he got done in good timing and he was very friendly and trust worthy. I recommend y’all go to this shop. Keep up the good work victory lane automotive. I will be back again to get my car service by y’all.

Not only did he repair my Jeep but I now bring my family’s car to him when I need a repair. He is super friendly, efficient and returns your car to you quickly. He knows cars very well. 10 out of 10. I refer him to anyone needing a repair.

I got spark plugs put on my car and picked it up the next day! He was very professional and reasonable pricing. He also let me know minor things I needed to get done whether it was immediate or for future reference. Definitely a rare breed when it comes to Charlotte and surrounding areas for mechanics!

I’ve been to this mechanic for regular maintenance and repair after my wreck. Marquis fixed my back bumper and tail light, he also fixed my air conditioning. He’s very prompt, professional, and skilled. He looks at your car and recommends next steps if it needs something. He has the best prices that I have seen with wonderful results. My car has never looked better.

Marquis is extremely professional and personable! He ordered and fixed my wheel bearing to my car in the same day. His pricing is inexpensive, and he also recommends anything else that should be fixed on your car in order for it to run properly and last longer. This is the best mechanic experience that I have ever had!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Marquis is an amazing mechanic, business man, and person. I was driving with my family from Delaware to Georgia and ran into car issues in North Carolina. Not familiar with the area I came across Victory Lane Automotive on Google, saw the amazing reviews and decided to give a call. Not only did Marquis walk me through what was wrong, he showed up to where I was located to check on us and look over our car. We left our car with him while we continued our travel and picked it up when passing back through NC. He made the car better than when we came down, was reasonably priced, and made sure to keep me updated throughout the process. We are forever grateful for him!

I was looking for a tow being that my car was almost 100 mi away. Marquis responded to me through a FB post. Not only did he communicate with me from beginning to end, he sent me pictures when he got my car loaded, gave me his opinion on what it may need & also told me something else he noticed that I wasnt aware of. He also contacted me when he got it back to Charlotte. And he was so affordable. I definitely got these guys locked in.

I HIGHLY Recommend this shop to anyone. Not only did he repair my vehicle but I had to leave the car at it’s location when it went out, he retrieved it and towed it to his shop. Work was done in a timely manner. The auto store sent a faulty alternator and instead of spending more money in rideshare, the owner personally took me and my son home. And as promised my vehicle was ready the very next day. Will utilize him for all of my automotive repairs
