Brought in my 2005 4Runner. I got recommended this place because Break Masters had a hard time diagnosing a steering angle sensor issue. Went to village auto to see what they could do they told me to replace it with the part being $900 and $1300 total for labor. The diagnosis alone was $260. I bit the $260 for stupid tax since I didn’t ask how much before hand. Break Masters said they would replace the part and labor for $600 total. I told them this and they just complained that it wasn’t OEM parts and I told them they buy straight from the Toyota dealership. They they complained about cheep labor or it’s hard to even find parts. Just told me that they dont know how to get parts. Guess they are friendly but since I was a young woman they just saw dollar signs. If they can take advantage they will. I would go somewhere else.

AMAZING!!! The dash of our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica lit up like a Christmas tree with multiple error messages. Village Auto took the time to carefully diagnose and repair the electrical issue and although it took several days, it was absolutely worth the wait! The van now drives better than ever. I couldn't be happier with their work. Highly recommend.

Restoring a 1967 Impala Fastback and ran into some serious electrical problems that the previous owner started. I tried to figure the problem out for weeks with negative results. Village Auto came highly recommended, now I know why. These guys had my car for several days. When I picked it up everything was fixed and all wiring and connections were done very professional. If your having electrical problems these are the guy's. There not cheap.... but worth every penny. Will return. Keep up the good work guy's.

Excellent service, true professionals. I brought my 2009 Ford Focus in for electrical issues (a good battery draining overnight). Polite, respectful employees and management. Presently, they are searching for a part for my old car, but the issue was diagnosed and no further electrical drain. BTW, they do all kinds of repair work. Highly recommend.

Nathan helped me out for months on my jeeps electrical problem that we couldn’t figure out for a while. Never recharging me for diagnostics and made sure he found the issue. Definitely recommend these guys. Thanks

I am quite impressed. Tracked down a very hard problem with the CAN bus to the ICC sensor that was bad. Looking on the web, others changed multiple boards and sensors before figuring out it was just a bad ICC sensor. Nissan daisy chained everything. I was told by my shop to go to Village Automotive Electric because they can find the hard stuff.

They charge way to much and will take advantage of you. They charged me $150 for parts when the wiring connector they replaced was only a $15 part and the second I said something the guy says they also include wiring loom and soldering. I’m sorry but 6 inches of wiring loom and a little soldering is no $150 in parts. Total bill was $705 for a 3 hour job. Never coming back.

Had a parasitic draw in my Jeep for four years and spent thousands at the dealer trying to find it with no success. Congrats and many thanks to the Guys at Village Auto, found and corrected the problem. Thanks very much.

These guys are great. Another shop had already given up on my car after a week with no luck, so I tried these guys. I was ready to give up on that car too, but they found the issue and we got it fixed. Friendly staff, Thank you guys so much. I Highly recommend this shop.

After trying to replace my PCM myself, my 2005 Grand Caravan was running awful. The dealership wouldn’t deal with this issue on a 17 yr old vehicle. Village Auto Electric got me right in, fixed it quickly within a few hours and the price was right. Will use them again in a heartbeat.

My sister took her PT Cruiser here to have an electric problem fixed.. They did a great job had her car in and out quickly. These guys are honest!!! I would and will highly recommend them to anyone that needs their car looked at. If we have a problem with our car we're bringing it to them.

Not a good company, quick to leave negative reviews for other businesses when they aren't up to par themselves. Have had too many bad experiences with this business not following our guidelines. Bad customer service and lousy attitudes. They are quick to blame others for their own poor decisions and fail to take responsibility when they screw up.

this is a gem of a shop and they do work with you to see what is wrong with your vehicle and they do a excellent job in fixing it and if is not right and you have to come back and they will fix it for you it is a wonderful place and you got to stop in and see the lizards and snakes they have as well

These guys figured out what was wrong with the electronics in my door seat frame and motor. I had it at another shop and they couldn't figure it out because it needed a new frame rail on the seat and the motor was fried frozen in place, then the door control switches were bad because of a bad pin in the connector plug. They charged me a really fair price, after researching the problems online in Mercedes blogs I found out that this is a very difficult, time intensive and expensive job that should cost about a thousand dollars - I was charged way less. My old mechanic asked me to let him know how the issue was finally resolved because he just couldn't get it fixed and it bothered him not knowing. Villager is my new go to mechanical and electrical garage. I like that they fix the car instead of just replacing parts from china that last a few months or years. Good and fair prices.

Was having a no dash lights and no clearance light working. Brought my truck in and they fixed the problem by fixing two inline fuses and cleaning the fuse box. $1080.00. 1 month later the fuse box had a melted 30amp fuse and the fuse box melted around that fuse and the wiring. Is there work and the melted fuse and wiring connected not sure. For the price I paid I sure would have thought they would have made sure that everything in that fuse box was in perfect order.

I had an electric issue and the gentleman fixed my issue within 2 minutes and instead of lying to me or charging me for a small repair he did it free. This shows me how honest he is and he is not money hungry. I would take any vehicle new or old mine was brand new here before i take it to a dealer or mechanic again. Thank you again sir. They were able to take my vehicle in right away when every other place I called needed an appointment. They had it done in a couple of hours. They got it fixed but they were on the pricey side.

Village auto electric hands-down is the best Auto electrical repair shop in Arizona they have done amazing mazing work for me countless times every time I have a problem I bring my car to them not only do they do a great job but they care about Their customers I was put in a pinch and needed my car a week earlier than we expected and they got it done so I could get to work I would recommend Shop to anyone that has any electrical issues diagnostic problems with their vehicle this is the place to go

Great owner and service!! Easy to talk to, work done in a very reasonable time, clean shop/work areas. Village installed and programmed a Body Control Module for my 2012 Ford Transit Connect, my right turn signals stop working. I highly recommend Village auto Electric. I took my Silverado in to solve an electrical problem and was told it was fixed, but we left town on a trip and the problem came back. We had it repaired in Oregan and when we came back I asked for a refund and the owner returned my money in full with no argument. He explained that he had problems with the man that worked on my truck with his work and had to let him go.

These guys are one of the best at electrical troubleshooting. My Dodge Dakota transmission was shifting erratically to the point of almost not going anymore and I had a transmission shop tell me it's electrical prob and an electrical shop tell me its a transmission problem but none of them could figure it out. These guys figured it out in a little over an hour and had it fixed in the next hour. And instead of buying the overpriced pigtail plug piece of wiring for $120 they fixed it with there own for i think $7.50 was the charge. So he saved me some cash at the same time. Highly recommend these guys they are competent and affordable.
