I called Luis to fix my AC over a month ago. I told him what I thought the problem was before he arrived. He arrived at my house, checked my AC and concluded that the problem was exactly what I had told him. He told me he couldn’t fix the AC because he didn’t bring the tools. He collected a deposit of $70 and we scheduled the repair date. I borrowed a car so he could come and fix my car on the day we agreed upon but he did NOT SHOW UP. I spent an entire month texting and calling to get my car repaired. He ignored messages or responded days later. I got tired of waiting for him to respond so I asked him for a refund and he agreed to refund the $70, BUT HE DIDN’T. It was only after I threatened to take him to small claims court that he decided to refund $50 (and he was angry about it). I contracted him for a REPAIR not just a DIAGNOSIS. If Luis intended to fix the problem, he would have shown up with the proper tools or would have at least been responsible and follow up with my calls. BUT HE DIDN’T. He’s either irresponsible, or a scammer. Don’t waste your time with Mechanic Express.

My experience has been nothing but super, The Father and son team are professional, punctual, courteous,detail oriented, and work with great speed and accuracy and most importantly they understand not everyone has tons of money so they are very fair with pricing much much better than your local shops.All I have to say is you will not be disappointed or walking away feeling uneasy after dealing with these guys.

I had to replace the rack and pinion on my vehicle and these guys did a fantastic job not only fast but excellent and reasonable price . I’m looking forward to calling them if I need repair work again.

Today, 3/1/24, Mr. Villar and his son arrived promptly at my house and completed a sparkplug change on my 2011 BMW 535i. I am very happy with the work performed. I will definitely call again with any car issues.

This Man is God sent! If you need it done right call Villar Mobile Mechanic. I was under so much stress and my car decided not to start. I was in an area I’m not familiar with and I found him on google maps and thought I’d give it a try (mind you I am afraid to call a mechanics because of past experiences) but they came out to help me and fixed my problem. I definitely would recommend!
