I’ve dealt with Mark several times now always been honest told me the truth. He didn’t know. I was a mechanic so if I knew he was a bullshitter he would’ve spilled the beans, I just don’t have the time or the space to be a mechanical guy like I used to, he does a good job really never any complaints… he’s also made good referrals. If he can’t do it he’s a good guy to ask to find somebody that can.

Mark and Vic are an incredible team! I brought in an older Isuzu Trooper to a couple of true masters of the trade and it now feels brand new! I couldn’t have asked for better communication along the way, and overall just wonderful people to give me a hand with a passion project. Saving the number and the address to memory, I wouldn’t take a car anywhere else :)

Absolutely recommend VIP Tire and Auto. My tire pressure was low, I called, and Mark told me to come on in and they'd fix me up. Mark helped me out right away--checked all of my tires, found the low one with a nail in it, patched it for $20 and sent me on my way! Great service. Definitely coming back for any other car issues!

I had tried several different mechanics and my problem hadn't been resolved. VIP AUTOMOTIVE, was like a beam of sunshine and a glow from the moon all in one. The Owner/Operator Mr. Mark and his employee showed true professionalism and excellent Customer Service skills. He's honest and competent and makes sure that you're informed about every step he makes and is quite detailed with explaining what is wrong with your automobile. I would recommend him to family and friends and if need be would return to him. If I were to rate this Business on a scale of one to ten, I'd rate it a 10. They're also quite personable and respectful.

Just had a complete break job done at VIP. Mark was a straight shooter, didn't try to oversell and kept to his word when the job would be complete. Definitely seemed reliable and was very accomadating to me needing this service last minute. Definitely reccomend!

He quoted me a fair price for fixing my window in comparison to the other people I called looking for a quote. I’m always skeptical of random auto repair places, thinking they will pretend it’s a bigger problem than it is to get more money out of me, but he didn’t try anything like that. I was very pleased!

I am a "car guy" since I was a teen. So the right mechanic is very important to me. Mark at VIP is fantastic. Been going for 7 years to Mark for my 1998 Explorer. Mark is always available to have me swing by with any issue. If he cant start work on my car the day I call? He has me in first thing in the morning the next day. Mark's prices are extremely competitive and when I have been squeezed by my pocket book, Mark has worked with me to get the job done. That is a rare find in LA car service. Recently I needed tires, I saw a big tire outfit in LA was having a "Buy three get one free" sale on All Terran tires. It was a good deal. I asked Mark if he could match the price? Not only did Mark match it, but he beat it by $50 less AND he found me a better rated and reviewed tire than the one I "thought" I could afford. So in the end, better tire, cheaper price AND all done the same day over the phone. That is customer service!! Mark and his crew are 1st rate! You will not regret it.
