Very professional and fast. I recommend this company. I had to cancel my roadside assistance thru geico since the company they have was always late and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate Geico won’t do business with this company. I might look for another insurance company. Thanks Mr. Lepe for making this experience a great one.

I really appreciate the prompt and kind service, especially so late at night. Had a dead battery due to the heat and my key was stuck in the ignition and he came out ASAP and got it swapped out extremely fast! Was a great and fair price as well. Thanks again!

I highly recommend Viper Automotive. Fast, friendly, affordable, reliable & professional! Rafael arrived quickly on two occasions for lock out services for me & my daughter's He got us back into our vehicles in no time. I'd use him for any of the service's he offers. Really great service!!

Ralph is amazing, reliable, & and trustworthy, which is of utmost importance when needing assistance with your vehicle after hours. He helped me with a defective blown tire when I was stranded on side of a narrow shoulder in Corona De Tucson at 10pm. He also found my exact tire to replace with warranty included and came back out to install. I will only use his services for roadside assistance!

Ran out of gas on Tangerine rd. Called my roadside assistance, Viper automotive was dispatched. Danny arrived promptly and was very professional. He was able to deliver 10 gallons of gas and also kindly offered to fill my gas tank himself. A++ service. I will definitely being using Viper Automotive again with or without roadside assistance services.

Viper automotive came to my rescue when I experienced a flat tire in the middle of Tucson. Spare was low on air, I'm on oxygen due to lung cancer and these boys arrived immediately and took care of my troubles, no problem. Very kind, polite and quick workers. Thank you SO much, Viper! Wish I could give you 10 stars! 🌟 ❤️

The provider was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. The first company would not even attempt to retrieve my keys from my lockout. This gentleman arrived and had me in my car in less than 30 seconds. Thank you!!!! The guys a magician!!
