I went into the store because I was attempting to change the wheel bearing on my car and I had reasoned that if I had the new bearing pressed onto the new hub it would save me a step in the process. I explained as much to the three men who helped me. I asked for a price and they said it would be $50 to press the bearing and I accepted it took the guy about 5 minutes to do it and I paid and went on my way. Didn't find out until two days later that my reasoning was in error I had to take the housing that I had removed from my vehicle after getting another new hub and bearing and this time I took it to pep boys who charged me $41 to press out the old bearing and press in the new one. Now what my gripe is that every one of those men that helped me at viper should of known that what I was thinking was in error and yet none of them bothered to even attemp to dissuade me . No they gladly took my $50 bucks knowing it was money waisted even as they watched my wife and I pool our funds to meet the $50 requirement. That's pretty low on their part. I went in there thinking I was dealing with upstanding business men and now I can only classify them as low down dirty people that I know won't deal fairly or do the right thing. Not a company that deserves my business or anyone else's from my perspective. If they will stoop to those kinds of practices what and who else are they cheating out of their money and time. BTW the new wheel bearing is working perfectly now. Thanks PEP Boÿs.

5 hours from home and got a bad tire. In and out in under 30 minutes without a hitch. Got a used tire at a really great price and was honestly shocked it was under $70. Free install and no disposal fee 👍🏼 Thanks for the solid service. Oh yeah, and $0.50 suckers at the desk. Win win

Came for struts and ended up getting low control arms as well!! Did an alignment and the alignment was off came back 2 different times as the store manager suggested and both times nothing !! Loss of wrk hours and money bc they can’t seem to get my car in order!!! First and last time I’m coming here!! Hate an open shop ppl just standing around !!! Terrible service !!

I was ready to drive my 2013 Camry (with only 40,000 miles) off a cliff after Crash Masters installed a junkyard knee assembly on right front ($1250) which made the car shake and pull worse than it did before the repair and did nothing about the sway bar which was constantly banging on the underside of the car. Crash Masters claimed I was IMAGINING the car used to drive much more quietly. After 4 months of trying to get Crash Masters to fix it properly, I took it to Viper and Tanner put struts on all 4 wheels (new parts) new sway bar and linkages on front and back for $2400 and it drives quietly like new and drives straight with your hands off the steering wheel. Very pleased.

Stellar service from start to finish! I brought my car into Viper Tires after it started making alarming noises while driving. The team quickly diagnosed the issue—the entire front end underneath needed to be rebuilt. Despite how major the repair sounded, I found the price incredibly fair, so I gave them the green light. What impressed me the most was the speed and efficiency. My car was ready in just a few hours, and the difference was night and day—no more awful noises! Cody even went the extra mile, waiting for me to pick up my car after the shop had closed. The technicians truly did a phenomenal job, and I couldn’t be more grateful. they prey on women i took my buick encore to them 3 times and everytime i left and paid my check engine light was still on my truck still wasnt running correctly kept trying to say i need different parts everytime i went and the cost was getting higher and higher got mad because i went off when i took my truck there 3 times for the same p1101 code and my truck still isnt repaired and told me to get somebody else to fix it baby i gladly will had to take my vehicle to buick if i could give 0 stars i would and i plan to seek legal action

Two times I showed up randomly with tire problems... these guys literally took my tire in immediately, both times and I was out of there in 20 minutes. El mecanico es un estupido, se pone a discutir con un cliente sin motivo alguno, estuve estacionado frente a él un par de minutos y ni siquiera preguntó que necesitaba o algo, poco profesional de su parte, pierden clientes y hacen sentir incómodo a otros clientes. Deberían de remover a personas como esta, solo dañan el resto del personal y hacen quedar mal al negocio

SCAM ALERT- I had my factory tires replaced with rims. They charged me $50. I was told they forgot to put on the tire pressure sensors and to bring it back if the dash light comes on. When I came back to have their work corrected they charged me $80! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BY HAVING WORK DONE CORRECTLY THE 1st TIME!!! Several customers have to return for corrections.

Tanner didnt want to take rhe time to give me 2 seperate repairs. Took the car in to have vreaks replaced. Advised the check engine light was on. Picked up the car and realized the ABS light was still on. One would think that you would check the abs issue while working on the breaks. They just seemed put out. Never going back.
