This is a great shop with fast service & great prices. i drive 20 minutes out of the way to this shop. They even pointed out some repairs I needed (suspension parts) that needed replacement when i went in for a flat repair. I have trusted them to do a few repairs on my vehicles. I highly recommend.

Tried to straighten my bent rim; it was too warped; found a good used one for me and then mounted the tire and balanced it for $60 - very reasonable and better than 3 other places I tried around town. They also sell good, new (“off brand”) tires that are a really good price, too.

Employees are very rude in this tire shop. Last time I took my vehicle, the employee began lecturing me on how it was my fault the tire was flat. He was very condescending and disrespectful. There are several tire shops around the area. Go to them instead of this one just to simply be treated better.

Highly recommend Rick and his team of mechanics. They're reasonably priced, won't overcharge you, can get the repairs and service done to your car quickly and efficiently, and have great customer service. I can't recommend them enough. It's a small shop but has been around for years and is a family owned business. Will definitely be coming back!

I took my car in on Saturday for a loud road noise sound in my Honda Accord. Rick said he would check my car and let me know. He said to keep in mind it could be the wheel bearing or in rare cases a transmission issue. After pulling the wheel & checking the bearing he found the issue to be with the bearing and hub. By Monday my car was fixed and back to a nice quiet drive. The guys at Viramontes are always friendly and helpful and Rick is a standup guy. Won’t take my car anywhere else.

Terrible experience these guys put parts on my van without my authorization then charge me for them. Vehicle still runs like crap after they claim they replaced all my suspension parts in front very expensive no communication at all so hard to trust Mechanics still looking for a new mechanic, I can trust will post when I find one stay away from this place. They’re terrible. Never do business again, it’s a shame how these businesses lose clients over a few dollars

Dropped a Vehicle off to get diagnosed. Everytime I would call about the Vehicle. Rick either had a different vehicle or plainly had no clue what he was talking about. Correct him evertime I call to check if anything was done. Finally says car is ready. I pick it up and says it's good. Drive it down the street and it dies on me at a red light on foster. Push it to midas car place. Call Rick back to let him know. And he tells me to ask Midas to diagnose it. Is that not why I brought you the vehicle to begin with? #WorstService#HorribleExperience

If you need a spot to get your truck lifted, this is the place. Rick went above expectations to ensure my truck got done appropriately. I bought a Rough Country kit and had it installed along with some new 33s. My truck came out amazing. I definitely recommend this shop.

I needed an alignment and was referred by a friend of mine. Spoke to Nick, and he is awesome! My car was finished in the timely manner I was quoted it'd be done. All the other mechanics are nice and helpful. I paid a super reasonable price for my service, plus the alignment was done correctly as well. I would definitely recommend Viramontes!!!

If you are a female, do not go to this mechanic shop for anything. I originally paid $667.00 for a clutch replacement on a Honda Civic. Told it was under warranty. Didn't even put 300 miles on the car and had to take it back and was told that the flywheel was bad. The technician did not do a full inspection and Ricky charged me an additional $200.00 for them to drop the transmission again. I requested additional parts so they wouldn't have to go back in there and blame it on the car for being older, so I had them replace the rear main seal with the flywheel job on the second transmission drop. After I picked my car up I found out that there was an animal running through the back of my car with animal mud prints. I was very upset about this and told Ricky. He did absolutely nothing. Didn't even have the car 100 miles and had a rear main seal leak from the clutch job that was done for the second time. I took it back a 3rd time and they had my car week claiming they dropped the transmission again to fix the leak which was lies. I took my car to the Honda dealership and was told that the rear main was still leaking. Went back for the fourth time and stood my ground and demanded some kind of refund. Ricky agreed to only give me back $500 of my money but I paid for an $900 job. If you are a female I would not go to this shop for tires or any motor work.

Paid them $800 to fix my A/C. Fast forward a month later and a/c was not fixed and was told they did not know how to fix it and turns out my $800 was for ther time in trying to unsuccessfully figure it out.. NIGHTMARE mechanics!!!

The owner tried to rip me off of almost $3000 for the diagnoses to be wrong, most likely not even checked. Untrustworthy people. If you’re a woman, do not take your car here.

This is legit the only mechanic i take my car to. Reasonable prices, quick service, right down the street from me lol gets the job done correctly. i highly recommend!! I was even locked out my car one day and the mechanic called his little brother who helped me get back in.

I called them to change my converter, and they gave me a price. When I got there, they gave me a higher one. Twenty minutes later, they called me and gave me another price. In the end, they were charging me more than double the original price. I regret taking my car there.
