Friendly and fast service. They correctly identified the problem and fixed it for $1,500. Another repair shop we visited previously had suggested $10,000 of various repairs that would not have fixed the actual problem.

Matt and his team immediately determined the problem with an oil leak and was able to fix it in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. The entire team, especially Robert and Michelle treated me like family. I will be back and fully recommend Matt and his awesome for your auto needs.

I have always been pleased by the outstanding services I receive at Virginia Auto Service. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, organized and professional. Update: I actually wroth the review below two and a half years ago but neglected to click Post. I didn’t realize it until I went to write a fresh review and this one came up as unfinished. Regardless, in the two and a half years since I wrote the review below, Virginia Auto has continued to earn my trust and business. Their frank, open integrity is a rarity in this industry. They work hard to solve complex problems without compromise. We always feel safe leaving our vehicles with them overnight for as long as it takes to get the job done. Their work is solid, completed with skill and precision we can rely on. We will continue to count on Virginia Auto and give them our business. The following review was written in August 2022: I am very pleased with my first experience with Virginia Auto Service. I was surprised when I called just after 5pm and the owner, Matt answered the phone. He stayed on the phone with me discussing my issue for nearly half an hour. It was clear to me that Matt knew his stuff in regards to my 40 year old truck. The staff at VAS is friendly and efficient. They show personal interest in my case. VAS was able to competently rebuild my old carburetor which was a job that most other shops were not willing to take on. They completed the job in an appropriate amount of time. Their price was somewhat high, but the job was also very specialized. So I'm not complaining about that. My truck is running well and I am satisfied. I will continue to bring VAS my business.

I recently took my 2017 Ford F-250 to Virginia Auto Service for a general service and was thoroughly impressed. The team was professional and efficient, quickly handling the maintenance with great attention to detail. Matt provided excellent communication throughout the process, ensuring I understood everything being done. It's reassuring to have such a reliable and trustworthy auto service in Phoenix. After receiving a repair quote of $6000. from local Honda dealership; a long time, loyal customer recommended getting a 2nd opinion at Virginia Auto. I did. Robert is awesome, kept me informed throughout process. Found out Honda lied, no oil leaks, no need for ring replacement, only a bad coil wire. Replaced, and much, much, less than $6000. Car running like new. As a senior citizen, truly appreciate the integrity, skilled technicians, fair prices and concern for their customers. Great business! Robert was awesome. Also, Matt (owner) did a follow-up a few days later to make certain all is good. Very impressive! Highly recommend!!!

Not only have I been coming to Virginia Auto for a decade, but my family has been getting their vehicles serviced here since I was a kid (and even after being gone for a while they still remembered me). Matt and the whole team are great, they're communicative, they talk to me before doing any major work, and they're honest about timeline for getting my vehicle back. I've recommended them to friends many times.

These folks do all my car maintenance. Very reliable. Im a senior and they give me great peace of mind. Recently I went in without an appointment because I was having trouble getting my car to start. No appointment, no problem. My battery was under warranty so no charge! After I left I remembered that I needed help attaching a new license plate to a damaged fender. No problem. They took care of it right away including fishing out the license plate light - again no charge.

Had to get my instrument cluster replaced. They helped out alot! Would have cost am arm and a leg from the dealer was pricy due to having to be bought from the dealership. I'd still recommend them! Did great work haven't had any issues at all with there work.

I was referred to Virginia Auto by a friend after going to another local shop that messed up my car and grossly overcharged me. Tim and the girl at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name) were so kind and helpful. They fixed what the other shop messed up & the price was reasonable. Also, I got my car back same day. I will be a returning customer for sure!

If you are looking for above and beyond car care service and support, this is the place for you. While I had many issues with the front end of my Toy Tundra truck, Robert was in constant contact to make sure I understood what the problems were and what a course of action could / should be. The problem took longer to fix, but with patience ( the above) and vigilance ( the beyond) they were resolved. I know I can count on Virginia Auto Service to take good care of my vehicles, through their knowledge, and trust, considering what is right for me, within my capabilities. Thanks to all, for your help and understanding. A shout out to Michelle too, for being there, in the middle, keeping all communications connected. And for being so nice. 5 Stars are not enough. My life, driving my truck, (which feels like a new truck), is in their capable hands.

Only mechanic that i know of who you can truly trust. Thorough and accurate as well as reasonable, and so incredibly customer friendly. We will definitely be using VAS more due to the ease of doing business, trust and reliability, and personal touches. They are the best!!

horrible pricing, very expensive. do not recommend!!!!! had to pay $100 for an inspection, called a place my mother recommended, and they informed me they do FREE INSPECTIONS with an oil change. taking my business to Gab's Auto instead of this cash grab. They do not care about you, only about the money in your pockets.
