This place is definitely a hidden gem amongst mechanics. Everyone that works here is a true car enthusiast and in my experience has always taken great care and attention to any needs I’ve had. They’re meticulous when it comes to details and everyone I know goes to these guys. Pricing is super fair, and everyone is incredibly friendly and enthusiastic to help you with whatever goals/maintenance on your car. Can’t recommend them enough.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Julio is extremely helpful & knowledgable. I was in evacuating to Charlotte from the Asheville area when my car started shuddering while idle. I called this place and Julio diagnosed my car the same day & squeezed me in the next day. He got me back on the road so I could return to my family and loved ones, at a fair price. It helped more than they know. Go support them!!

Had to come back to Vix because my car needed more work for a separate issue. Like the first time, I received stellar service and my car was fixed by Julio. I have been so amazed by the fairness in price and outstanding service at Vix. They gave me a breakdown of everything that needs to be done to my car and I trust them, so I'll only be going to Vix Garage to get my car fixed. Update 10-9-24 Wife's was fixed and once again excellent service. Victor made sure he Leroy is up-to-date date on everything that was going on and I really appreciate that. I've always said its hard to find great and honest mechanics sometimes but I'm glad I've found one, and not just him, but his entire team. Thank you for taking care of our cars and giving me the peace to know that it so be done right and fair.

It's not often that I give 5 star reviews, but I've got to for these guys. Big THANKS go out to Vic, Julio, Noel and crew for going above and beyond to get my truck back on the road. Even stayed late on a Sat. to get it done. Very knowledgeable, courteous and dedicated to doing it right at a very fair price. Hard to find that these days! Keep up the good work!

I would highly recommend Vix Garage as a go to over a dealership. These guys know what they're doing and have great knowledge on all makes and models. If you’re into custom builds as well and want your parts installed professionally you’re at the right shop for that. I appreciate Victor and Abner working on my car 💯

best of the best, in one round, they changed my steering wheel hoses return and pressure, fixed the oil pan leak, lower and upper gasket, and did an oil change and filter with fixing the oil level sensor plus replacing the CAT with a new one and welding a damaged part of the exhaust pipe, at the end the truck run and work smoothly and quietly, and all of that work with cheap $, thank you Guys for all of that, all my respect

Best car shop in Charlotte! I will recommend this place to anyone I know in need of a reliable car shop. I had been to a few different car shop since being in Charlotte and overall this one has blown them all out of the park. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I’m so glad I found a car shop that will always have their best interest in my car and not the money.

I brought my truck here for a big repair and these guys literally had me ready within a day! Very nice guys, kept me updated with everything and did not charge me an arm and a leg in the end! Vix took the time both in person and on the phone to explain what was potentially going on with my avant and how to proceed with repairs on my power steering etc. Very informative and I'll for sure go back.

Look when I say this man ViC went above and beyond to fix my car after having two alternators replaced within a few months he made it happen even though im sure I gave him a headache trying to investigate the problem myself somewhere else to be sure lol. I have had other work done by Vix Garage and they hit the target every time so I definitely appreciate the work that has been done and would highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone who’s looking for a great all around shop that aims to please and make whoever walks in that door a number one priority by getting the work done right every time and his rates are definitely reasonable he is not going to try and rip you off like other mechanic shops or dealerships. So before you think about taking your car any further look into Vix Garage 1st!!! 👀👀
