I needed repairs on my 2015 Mini Cooper S, and chose Volmaz because they had the highest customer reviews in my area on Google. I was not disappointed. The staff at Volmaz made me feel like they genuinely cared about fixing my car and making me happy. They phoned with updates several times during the day to let me know what was happening. They had all the parts in stock, and the final cost was lower than originally quoted. When I picked the car up, they told me to enjoy my repaired car and to remember if anything wasn't right, they would always be there. I really can't say enough about how comfortable it is to work with Volmaz. 'Highly recommend.

Needed a check up before I sold my car. They ran diagnostics and we agreed upon a plan. The customer service is top tier. Joe talked to me about my car and offered recommendedations on how I could get a better sell price. I really appreciate the care, attention, and help I got.

I recently stopped by to inquire about repairs for a Volvo that I was considering that had existing transmission issues. The owner spoke with me and made it clear that it would not be a wise investment. He could have easily had me bring the car in for evaluation at a cost but instead gave me free advice. That situation showed a considerable amount of integrity and subsequently won my trust. My wife has a 2016 Audi which we’ve always taken to the dealership for service and repairs. I’m strongly considering trying this facility in the near future to service her car. Trustworthy is hard to find. Especially in the car business.

I was highly referred by one of Volmaz long term customers.I took my Mercedes for a service check on my transmission because I thought it was not changing gears properly. After throughly checking the mechanic reported to Joe Primentel the ower, my car was working as it should.I was shocked!! Joe said No charged!!!.I felt a great sense of pride and integrity from Joe.I will make Volmaz my auto repair center of choice.Clear environment and friendly staff!

Kim and Joe were both amazing. They were honest, friendly, and efficient. I brought my car in for a check engine light and they promptly diagnosed my problem, informed me of the work needed, and completed the work the same day as well as doing my emissions test for me. This was my first visit, but certainly not my last visit. I will be bringing my car to them for all my maintenance.

Great customer service, efficient servicing, very nice staff, and also very nice office. Most autobody shops are not such nice places to sit and wait, and this place was much nicer than I expected. Good prices too. I was extremely satisfied with the service there and will go back again for any future Mazda needs I have.

A great experience at Volmaz. On a visit to Atlanta, we heard loud brake noises - less than a year after a brake job at a Mazda dealer 300 miles away. We expected to buy another brake job (it's out of warranty), but Volmaz determined the car to be safe, plenty of pad life left, just noisy from a lousy rotor job. Instead of selling us hundreds of dollars in repairs - which would have been completely legit - they sent us home armed to argue with the dealer, and charged us just a half hour for diagnostics. (And fixed a door rattle for free!) Very highly recommended.

First time and now lifetime customer. Joe extensively investigated a difficult-to-diagnose problem with my CX-5, discussed it with me at length, and is 1,000% fair and honest in how he dealt with me. Other shops, not Volmaz, tried to sell me on thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs. But Volmaz have deep expertise in the makes they repair, and they proved they truly care about solving problems, not about just billing, like so many other car repair businesses. Lifetime customer now.

I am so happy my friend referred me to this local shop. I have a 2010 Mazda and have been frequenting dealerships for my maintenance. After my last trip to Jim Ellis Mazda and spending way too much, I knew I had to find a reputable place to work with me and not feel leaving like I got scammed. I finally went in yesterday and was met with a pleasant front desk (I forgot her name, maybe Kim? Sorry!). She was extremely helpful and courteous. Jonathan called me after I dropped off my car to walk me through all my Carfax history and what he thought needed to be completed at this stage for my 14 year old car. He wanted to call and confirm if the records were correct, patiently waiting as I pulled up my old notes to compare with him. We were able to agree on a maintenance plan based on my yearly vehicle usage. I paid, picked up my car, and left a satisfied customer. Very happy to continue coming here for my future maintenance service needs!

OK, I am really impressed.!!! I have an old Volvo that I rarely drive but enjoy very much. I knew it needed brake pads and rotors, and a new timing Belt. I believe there was also an engine mount problem. My usual go to place for repairs is fine, but I wanted to try VolMax after reading reviews....WOW....I showed up early without an appointment to ask about repairs. I was meet by Kim with an genuine "Good Morning"! I believe it was Joe who listened to my concerns and told me I could leave the vehicle. By 10 or 11, I had an estimate of repairs and items they noticed. A couple times, they called me to update progress and ensure I was comfortable with what they were doing and timing and cost. Johnathan called when ready and met me at check out to show me the part that had to be replaced. They really made me a part of the process and I appreciate the extra effort. Not sure if my Volvo will be a Million Mile car, but I intend to let VolMax work on my car from here on....Great Service and Experience ..Thank You

This is one of the nicest repair shops in town! They are extremely friendly and helpful. They don't try to upsell, but they will tell you what your service options are to get you back on the road at the lowest possible cost! If you have a Mercedes, BMW, Volvo, or Mazda that needs service, there is no better place in town to take it!

Do not go here! Thieves, shady and dishonest. They claimed they replaced my radiator and they did not. All they did was change the expansion tank then turned around and charged me $1200 acting like they replaced the radiator as well. Less than 12 hours after my picking the car up, the coolant light came on. They never even put coolant in the car! Then they tried to act like they were doing me a favor by towing the car back to their shop to put antifreeze in it. Scammers and liars. I’m filing a lawsuit this week. This is shady and unethical. Look at the pictures. A blind man can see this isn’t a new radiator. I trusted Joe and he betrayed me. Update: notice that he never addressed the part where my car was still running hot and leaking AFTER he supposedly fixed it. Just don’t go to the place.
