Terrible place of business. You can bring your car in and they'll charge you and don't even fix your Car.Highly recommend yall go somewhere else

Took my car there for a basic ac issue, car not blowing cold ac. It took 2 days and they just replaced an ac amplifier for $600. Next day the car still had the same ac issue. I finally took it to a new shop and they put freon and replaced a hose. Immediately fixed the issue. Not sure why Vu’s shop did not bother to do the basic troubleshooting for the ac issue. I would take my car somewhere else next time. Edit: I saw the reply and no where was it mentioned a guarantee. If you’re an honest business man you can still refund me. As the issue was never fixed from your shop, even the next day I was still having the same ac issue. I don’t have time to wait 2 more days to then get another wrong diagnose when another shop fixed the issue same day.

Brought my 2010 Honda Accord to get A/C service and Nick was stellar. The man got my A/C pumping cold as ice air and the out the door price was better than surrounding locales.

Don't give estimates over the phone, ok no big deal, so I go there. Meet with whoever at the desk tell him what I needed and he gave an estimate. What was the purpose of me driving there? Thought you might have at least looked at the car, what I assumed not giving estimates over the phone was for. Dumb business model

It was a quick process. I took my suv one evening, the next day he told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. I saved about $600. The previous mechanic gave me a different diagnosis from his diagnostic test.

I brought my 2009 Acura TL for the fuel pump. Nick was great explained issues and recommended motor mounts. Service was great. Look forward to to replacement of motor mounts in the future. Great shop Thank you Nick

I brought in my 2006 Chevrolet Avalanche for Evap issue. Vu auto repaired it along with a broken window and heater hoses. My truck was ready the next day but I wasn't able to pick it up until a day later and he had no problem with it. My truck now runs great! Vu did a great job with diagnosis and repair and I would definitely bring it back for any other issues.

We were driving from Virginia to Daytona Beach, we stopped for gas in Jacksonville. Before turning off the truck, I heard weird tapping noises from the serpentine belt area. Not finding a fault, we start driving to find 95 south. Just before the entrance, we lost power steering and then we over heated and antifreeze was on the ground. I asked a construction work near where we broke down if he could recommend a repair shop? He looked on his phone and said ,Vu's auto repair is 5 star rated and has good reviews! At about 3:30 pm, I called Vu's and explained are dilemma, the owner said no problem, he would have a tow truck sent out to us. We arrived at Vu's just after closing, the owner opened the secure area and then check what needed fixed. He said, it appears the the tensioner had failed for the serpentine belt...I should have you on your way just after breakfast. He arranged Uber transportation to and from our hotel and put everything on one bill. The best part was he had our truck ready at 10 am, (twenty hours after breaking down) and the repair cost was a lot less then expected. If you need repairs, call a shop, head and shoulders above the competition "Vu's auto repair". It's about the quality of the work, but in the end it's the $$$. Vu's has both covered!
