I had multiple services done, and I am thoroughly impressed on the services that I received. Although I had to get a lot of work done, he made sure to complete the job in a very timely matter due to me needing my car back due to my busy schedule . The prices were exceptional and very affordable! Every penny that was spent was well worth it. I now have a new mechanic! Thank you so much for your great customer service and timely help! Services received: -Breaks -Rotors -Radiator Fan -etc. Turnaround was 2 days, but only due to the parts that needed to be ordered.

Called w& S told William I had an rv that needed a couple belts replaced and he said no problem he just had to finish up the job he was doing. He showed up and said it wasn't to bad couple hours he said. But it's no pice of cake finding a belt for an rv , no auto parts had a clue on what to look for. It's an 88 winnebago , after 10 trips to 8 different auto parts stores all over elk Grove and even further into Sacramento he finally found one ,this was at least 3 and a half to 4 hours of driving around Sacramento, and then he got to work about 35 minutes later it was running as good as before. I had got one price from him when he showed up but I told him he had to charge me for his time running around, after he gave me the bill ,it was so cheap I gave him another 50 bucks and told him he is a life saver and my go to mobile mechanic and will refer any body that I know to him. Thank you W & S for great work and service.

Most helpful people ever. Came by to fix my car the same day I called on a Saturday, 12/23. Two days before Christmas!!! Made sure I was up and running and kept fixing stuff when new things popped up! Super helpful and I swear to god most kindest people I have ever met

I was calling mechanics all around Elk Grove, all quoting outrageous prices for a belt replacement. They quoted me a completely reasonable price, super polite and respectful of your time. 100% would recommend.

If I could put zero Stars I would. Not only did these people sell a vehicle that wasn't what they said it was it was the wrong year, they refused to show us any of the paperwork to after we were done making payments and their reasoning was we might try to steal the title or whatever paperwork will fill out at the DMV with just knowing the person's name the signature on the bill of sale and they were just all around bad business people. They wanted to be stand-up business people stand up this but when it came down to it they couldn't even be honest about their own stuff. They told us in December last year before we bought the car that they just had it smogged and that there's no way that because the alternator went out 24 hours after we bought it and they said there's no way that could have happened because they just not even a week prior to that okay first of all how does a smog have anything to do with an alternator. And secondly when we finally did get the paperwork yes it did have the correct amount of $160 for the back registration however that paper was from 2 years ago and so was the smog paperwork. And it's funny because ever since then we've yet to hear anything from them I've tried reaching out we've tried calling every time they don't call us back or they hear us and then hang up.

I highly recommend W and S mobile. They came to me at home where I was broken down. They diagnosed then bought parts and successfully repaired several different problems my car had. They are “can do” mechanics and very fair with the cost. Thank you so much W and S!

They definitely know what they are doing! Super friendly and super helpful!! They also will not rip you off. William was amazing ! He arrived in time was polite, very professional and thorough ! Saved me the trouble and expense of getting my car towed to the garage. He also charged me exactly what the garage mechanic quoted me ! I will never go to another mechanic again !!! Great job William !!

when I tell you they get the job done they get done in no time very fast and reliable with reasonable price.. they had replaced my knock sensor on my infiniti in no time.. and also did my front brake.. all together took 2 hours at the most..and they also come to which is a plus.. if you need any work done these are the people to come to and u want regret.. I will b coming back

Thanksgiving this year was one for the books! While visiting my folks, they had a plumbing backup with an extremely unfortunate experience with a local plumber. THEN, my daughter's alternator failed. The Saturday after Thanksgiving, the only auto repair shops that were open were booked. We were in a bind. THANK GOODNESS we found William (and Sarah) of W & S Mobile. We called William, he was with a customer and called us right back. We explained the situation, gave him year make model, within 30 minutes, he found the part and gave us a quote over the phone. William then got the part, came over, and set to work. The alternator replacement took TWICE as long as William quoted. Then, the battery was also weak, so he went and picked up a new battery for us. AND because of a default security measure, had to reprogram the key fob. It was dark and cold, but they were not going to leave until the vehicle was running. Guess what? At the end of the long day, William HONORED HIS ORIGINAL PRICE (other than the cost of the battery of course), despite my requests to charge appropriately for his time. Super nice couple, great service, highly recommend (even when you're not in a pinch!)
