Really excellent service. We needed a new catalytic converter on our camry. Wahl’s replaced it for us at a fraction of the cost. Very much appreciated and the car is now running smoothly and able to go up the steepest hills in Pittsburgh!

Do not trust this shop! They are in business with a car dealer Cutuly on becks run rd. They are fraugently inspecting cars for him to sell. An inspection they completed on a car in November has failed an Audi inspection less than a month later with 5 automatic safety failures. Please don't trust that your car is safe. Make sure you take it for an inspection at a reputable place, and if faulty or safety issues are found, report to the BBB. I am currently in the process and have videos from the Audi dealership and the paperwork to prove they did not inspect correctly and slapped stickers on so it could be sold with safety issues that could cause a fatal accident. Feel free to reach out to me for this disaster of a safety inspection.

Had my daughter's car towed here. My brother recommended this shop. I am not local to Pittsburgh. The mechanic checked it out that day which was nice. He changed the spark plugs which were overdue, and checked the brake system per my request. It may have been the owner, or one of the other family members/mechanics at the shop. He was friendly and thorough. I am quite satisfied with how fast he was willing and able to work on it, and fix it.

I read all the great reviews of Wahl's auto repair and decided to take my car in for an annual inspection. I really thought I had found a great place. They are a single garage off the street and I dropped my car off to them. I only wanted an inspection. They called and said my back brakes and rotors needed to be fixed, and I still inquired about the inspection first. When my car was ready to be picked up, it was parked on the street and new rear brakes were already put on. They charged me $446 for new rear brakes. I felt as if this was a rip off, I did not really want new rear brakes (I REALLY ONLY WANTED AN INSPECTION), but because it was already done by the time I got there I felt I had to take the charge! They saw a young woman who was alone and needed help fixing my car and they totally ripped me off. I felt taken advantage of after that. Not only was it not necessary, but the price was outrageous. Because of this I do not trust Wahl's and will not be going there anymore. I am still so, so disappointed about my service there. I would not recommend going here if you are a young woman.

I would like to respond to the previous negative review of our company. As a family run business and the daughter of my father who owns this business and sister to my brother who also runs this business we take negative reviews very seriously. As a woman I understand the importance of finding a loyal mechanic that will not take advantage of you. My father, Brother, and all of the men who work at our family business are honest and respectful who look out for the best for their customers. When a vehicle comes in for an inspection it must pass certain parameters to have a clean inspection and be safe to drive. We will always let the customer know if any repairs are needed and give the option to do those repairs, which was agreed to. We do not over charge for parts or labor and work with our customers to give expectations. I am sorry that you had a negative experience with your Vehicle not passing inspection and needing repairs. We take the accusation of treating females differently very seriously and I can 100% assure you that this did not happen. We respect our female clients and do not take anything into account other than the price of parts and the time to put them on. I hope in the future your experiences with any other mechanic that you choose has the same values. I am sorry that you got that impression from our business and if you would like to come back for your car needs we will be here.

Mechanics were very knowledgeable. Had a head gasket replaced on my truck. They had the cheapest price around. They also installed a rear bumper on my truck.
