Needed an oil change the day before Thanksgiving because I was driving to see family 5 hours away. I arrived a few minutes after they opened and I was in and out in 20 min. Oil changed, all fluids checked and topped off and tire pressure checked and filled. Awesome customer service at a very reasonable price!

I am giving a 5 star review, but I also want to be honest about my experience, just in case it is helpful for someone. The typical procedure for when I get a new car, is to get tint on all windows. Prior to coming to Walkers Auto Care, I went to a different tint shop in 2020 and they did a pretty subpar job. I finally mustered up the courage to get new tint this year. I called and visited a few places, and either they were booked or they didn’t answer the phone. Walker’s Auto Care called me back right away, and they were the highest quote I received for the job. With that said, they were flexible in being able to get me in same day, although my appointment started several minutes after my scheduled time. Here is where I want to offer some suggestions about attention to detail. When I got in my car and drove off, I noticed there was water/solution all over my doors and seats, and there was even a puddle on the passenger seat (I have waterproof seat covers). As I was drying my car off at the gas station next door, I noticed that the windows hadn’t been fully cleaned prior to applying the tint so there was old adhesive from previous tint stuck behind the new tint. There was also a discrepancy about some window trim that was damaged, and after leaving and looking at photos of my car prior to the tint job, my initial concern and assessment was correct, but I let that go once I started to feel like they were over-explaining something I knew I was correct about. They tried their best to rectify both situations, and I was pleased with the overall experience, minus a bit of frustration from everyone (including myself) because I was being nitpicky. They even redid the tint that had the adhesive stuck behind it. I ended up paying $160+ (tip included) for 2 front tints and 1 tint film removal. Since that was the highest amount from any place that I called, I wanted to make sure it was done correctly (because I have had other terrible experiences). The tint looks good, although there are still some imperfections. I’m just thankful to have it done. All in all, I would rate the overall experience a solid 7 out of 10 because of those few notes about the details and clean-up afterwards. They seemed like nice and hardworking people, which is why I still provided a 5 star review, with a few caveats. Thanks for getting me in last minute, and trying your best to put customer satisfaction first.

Great business with amazing customer service. Came in yesterday to get an oil change. Had called the day before to see if I needed an appointment. They made sure I knew all the pricing and tiers before I even stepped in the shop. They even let me bring in my own oil and filter and just charged me for the service. They did such a great job I really wish they offered more preventative maintenance like brake fluid flushing, etc. Once we get a day of good weather I'm bringing my truck back for a hand car detailing. 100%

I took my car in and about 4 hours later my car was looking just how it did when I bought it. I come here for my oil changes as well and I'm out the door in 15 min or less. Very convenient. Highly recommend

OMG!!! That's all I can say. We called on Thursday and he got me in Friday morning! The SUV was so dirty and the seats were just filthy. Well the car looks like a different car today. The service was top notch. The best part is that when it was all done he said if I didnt like it that I could bring it back and they would do it all over again!! Nowt hats Service. We will be back!!.
