Wallace consistently demonstrates a customer friendly attitude. This last service was a work-in when my radiator sprung a leak. The staff were very accommodating and got the issue fixed with quick turnaround. The whole operation is impressive.

We've been taking our cars to Wallace for 10 years. William, Ted, John and the rest of the staff are amazing, super competent, and most importantly, honest. They work on most makes, not just Honda, Accura, Toyota, and Lexus. Can't recommend them enough. And so nice to be able to schedule appointments!

I am entirely pleased with the service I received from Wallace Automotive. They scheduled me in a timeless fashion, kept me informed once they found the problem, quoted me my entire bill and met that price and were able to do the work in one day. I hope I won't need their services again anytime soon (no one wants car trouble 😊)but if I did I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to call Wallace Automotive. Thanks for a great experience.

Great place for auto repairs. From the time you walk into the office until you drive out. You feel your business is appreciated and everyone from Ted (front desk) to the mechanics who care for car go above and beyond. You can feel confident your car's repairs are completed correctly. Give them a chance and you will not be disappointed.

I would highly recommend Wallace. Bought a ton of groceries with the expectation my repairs would take at least a week and I wouldn't be able to leave the house, but these folks knocked out my long list of repairs the very next day. Good, efficient service that will absolutely make me a repeat customer.

My car was sitting in the lot here for 3 weeks, I was charged 3 time for the same part to be looked at. Then after I finally got my car back, she’s dead. Not driving, not ticking, no lights, won’t even start anymore. Don’t do it yall, just go to a dealership or something because this has got to be a scam. My car still not fixed. I left her for 3 days, came back to a vegetable mobile that I hadn’t even had for a whole 2 years.👎🏾

They are great to work with. They were recommended to us by another shop that doesn't work on Hondas (that shop specializes in Subarus) . We have an old Honda CRV, and they let us know what was needed, what could be done later, and gave an honest estimate. Definitely will be taking our Honda to them in the future.
