Bought my wife’s VW from Wallace of Bristol and have always had it serviced there. After having it at the collision center for 2 months I will never do business with the Wallace brand again. Insurance only gave me a rental car for 30 days and the whole 30 days I had the rental car Wallace didn’t even start working on my wife’s car. The collision center “supposedly” only has one loaner and every time I call, I am always the 8th person in line to get it. Have expressed my struggle with only having one car for the whole family hoping they would try and get my car done in more of a reasonable time with no luck. All it boils down to is, they have the upper hand and they will get my wife’s car done when it’s convenient for them. They get paid either way no matter how long it takes them to finish.

I would recommend this shop! They missed a small issue on the repair but followed up as requested and took care of it, which I really appreciated.

Horrible experience! They had my car for almost 3 months because of Damage Done during the hurricane at no point in time did anybody contact me and tell me what was going on I always had to call and find out what's going on with my car. I asked them to take care of a couple of other things while it was there, but because it took them 3 months just to fix the corner of the bumper... I will be going back to talk to a manager about fixing the work that was done on the car the last time it was there which I asked the rep to look at this time and it was totally blown off. oh yeah, the car is not done. I'm still waiting for them to get one part in and paint it, but they got paid 6,500, soooo not worth the money. When I went back, it was explained to me by Bradley Anderson that I just can't afford this place.

I highly recommend Wallace Collision Center. Communication was beyond excellent. They helped me out a TON when it came time to pay for repairs due to the insurance company not being willing to pay for all of the repairs. Kyler was on top of it! I had answers within minutes every time I had a question. He did an excellent job explaining everything and even handled a lot of communication with insurance for me and kept me in the loop. I cannot recommend this place enough.

After 50 days of trying everything in their power to increase their prices, we finally got our car back. It was hood and top roof hail damage. Sergio is the absolute, perfect example of why customer service failing in this country. He would not update us anything. Know why? The company was trying to take advantage of the insurance company. It took them 30 days to start the project. And, it had nothing to do with parts. It was to try and raise their price. The first estimate on the hail damage was around $11,000 from them. On the first day, our insurance adjuster said this company is notorious on trying to raise the price. And…they did. $19,000 was the new fraudulent try by them on a car that was only worth $14,000, on a good day. Smells like (commission) fraud to me. Finally had enough after 50 days. Was told again by the adjuster, they will try and keep the car to raise their fees. Nope, not having it. I’m a licensed auditor by trade. I know their game. Called them up and said I was going to pick it up, regardless. They tried to talk me out of it. Good try! Picked the car up and it was unreal dirty. Guess why? It was parked under pine trees. Who is dumb enough to park anything under pine trees. They are!! Sergio just shrugged his shoulders when I asked. Lifted the hood and pine needles were everywhere. Even within the top racks. But…..that’s not the most dirtiest part on them. They sprayed water JUST ON THE TOP of the car to make the pine sap blend in with the water droplets. It worked. I will give them that. Truly dirty. See the pictures. Got home and you could see the sap on top. It took me forever to get the sap off and clean up the car. Had to be on there for days. The best thing about this experience: I get to speak about this company on fraud and unprofessionalism at my future accounting/business speaking engagements. Don’t listen to their reply below. You know by now it’s a lie. If the insurance adjuster knows their dirty practices, you know they have been doing it….for a long time. P.S. Do their Technicians who work up the estimates get paid on commissions? 🤔

Everyone at Wallace Collision Center was great and treated me like a family member. They handled issues with insurance and back orders professionally and gave me peace of mind after the repairs to my Crosstrek. Caring and compassionate people.

Someone clipped my side mirror and broke it. I went to Wallace and they got a new one in and replace really quickly and were super helpful!

Amber and Nicole exhibit great customer service skills, at all times, either during my visits to the collision center or during my ... many, calls. Amber gave me assurance that at the center, they were going to be taking good care of my car needs. She assured me that she had top of the line workers on her team... that was relaxing for me to know. Regarding communication, Amber and Nicole were highly diligent and always returned my calls and showed that they really care for the customer. Thanks ladies...5 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 🌟 viva Amber y Nicole 👏 ✌️

Two thumbs way up. From the first phone call to picking up the finished car everything was handled clearly, rapidly and effectively. The repair work was beautiful and all the details from insurance to car rental were handled thoroughly. Highly recommended. I was especially impressed because it was my new Tesla, and I’ve heard so many horror stories of repair problems w Teslas. These folks, especially Kyler (the estimator who oversaw everything) are wonderful!

My wife and I are New Subaru owners and encountered a leak to the a/c condenser coil at 2500 miles odometer due to a road hazard. Wallace dealership was our next stop on a cross country trip. Due to us being on the road, they got us right in, even though all their bays were full. Catherine was very professional and courteous. She explained the repair and responsibilities very clear and provided transportation to a nearby restaurant. After the repair was completed, the Owner Mr. Baker picked us up and surprised us by saying, they were covering the repair on warranty. The entire facility went out of there way to achieve an over and above rating from us! We can't be more greatful and pleased that we broke down in Bristol and found Wallace Imports Subaru. Between our purchase experience in Tulsa and our repair service in Bristol, we are Very happy to join the Subie family. Thank you so much Mr. Baker and crew. Quigley family

The car repair was good, dealing with them was awful. UPDATE: I want to be clear, unlike their response tries to say 1) I am in no way trying to coerce them into reimburse me only if I changed my initial review to a favorable review (even they had previously told me they would reimburse me prior to me doing any reviews). When I called to see where my $300 was, I was told because of my negative review they would not reimburse me unless I changed the review. I believe they are trying to coerce me! It is very typical of my encounters with them, they often claim they never said what they clearly said. 2) Root is not my insurance company, someone else hit me and was responsible, I did not choose them. Their job is to deal with the paying insurance company, I feel they fell short of doing this well. If Root was not authorizing OEM parts, they should have told me, so I could have involved my insurance company to get involved. My insurance company is Allstate and I told them that MULTIPLE times. The fact that they will not reimburse me for $300 out of pocket expense, due to their delays and poor communication, unless I change my one star review should tell you all you need to know. Over 9 weeks, for relatively minor door damage. The insurance company quit paying for the rental after 30 days because they were told repairs were complete except for recalibration. I must have made at least 50 calls during to try and get my car status. Often I was told one thing, only to be told something different the next time I called. Usually I just had to leave a message and didn't receive a call back. Finally after 9 weeks, I just showed up there and said I wasn't going to leave until I had my car. It took me to figure out their emails for the last week were not going to the insurance company so they could be reimbursed. After getting that straightened out, they said if I would continue to work with the insurance company to insure they got the $1700 balance due that day, I could have my car and they committed to giving me a $300 check to cover the out of pocket costs I had with the rental. I held up my end and they did get the approval from insurance latter that day. That was 3 weeks ago. When I called today to see where my check was, I was relayed a message because I had given a 1 star review they would only consider a reimbursement if I changed my review. I just could not believe how unethical that was. So I am now giving another 1 star review and will consider the $300 gone.

After an incredibly frustrating experience at Wallace Subaru, I was prepared for a fight. However, the staff and service at the Collision Center were everything I could have hoped for; they completed the work quickly and correctly and were almost $200 cheaper than the dealer. I'm not sure why Wallace dealerships are so cancerous, but this body shop was fantastic and deserves your business.

An Amazon delivery truck hit my car, pushing in the right rear bumper and knocking out the reflector light. I drove over to Wallace to see what they could do. The staff was incredibly nice and I had my bumper and light fixed in literally 5 minutes at NO CHARGE! I realize this was a simple fix but due to their great customer service and repair, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them if ever needed again!

Called to schedule an appointment and was able to get in the same day I called. They gave me an estimate on my vehicle. Now I need to schedule a time to get it fixed. They was very quick with the estimate as well.

Great service and very pleased. The only certified Tesla dealer in the area. Kyler was patient and kept me informed. I hope to never have to use them again but wouldn't hesitate if I ever find myself in another fender bender.

Work was beyond all expectations! If needed I would take another vehicle here for repair. The only downside was it took several weeks for repair and I imagine it was because parts needed to be ordered. Would recommend this repair place to all.

I was rear-ended in my brand new 2023 Subaru Ascent with only 5000 miles on it. I took it to Wallace Collision Center because I heard they are the best. They did not disappoint. Their customer service is top notch. I did not have to call them, they called me every week to give me an update on the status of the repair. The quality of the repair was perfect. They are Subaru certified so all repair and calibrations are done to the original manufacturer specifications. When I picked it up the car was pristine, completely detailed inside and out, it looked like I had just driven it off the showroom floor. Don't be surprised if you have to wait for an appointment, but for work this good it is worth the wait.

Mr Harley estimated 3 weeks to repair my car and it was done in 2. The repair and paint job looks like a new car. I have no reservations about recommending a Tesla body job at Wallace Collision.
