I should have recorded a video of the waiting area. It was hilarious. They had a speaker piping in music and had a tv on loud also. It reminds me of Dave and Buster's noises. Three comfy chairs and four torture chairs. Everyone was playing videos and games out loud. Made me laugh.

Very disappointing!! I've been using them for both my vehicles for a while now and not ever had a problem. Can't say the same for the last time I visited, I won't be back! My car was being worked on as a walkin after waiting for our turn over an hour just like the other vehicles before me had as walkins too, when apparently an appointment that was scheduled showed up. So they stopped working on mine, backed my suv out, took care of the other vehicle that needed 4 new tires, then decided to start working on mine again in a totally different bay. After checking with the cashier twice and both of us thinking what in the world it's a tire sensor right, he went to check with the techs and that's when they told him it would be another hour because the appt. had showed up and now I was after them. I was treated very rudely by the manager overhearing me when bringing up I had a son with special needs who was waiting patiently and why would they stop working on my vehicle once they had started it to take on an appointment especially when mine was something so minor! He could have cared less!! Tried going back the next day like the cashier recommended after chatting with him about my work hours and what time I got out but was told they were all booked up for the rest of the day!!

Had a wonderful experience. The oil change was quick, about 45 minutes. There is a waiting room inside. The oil change itself was only $60. Great customer service :)

A Little hard to get used to, but you can adapt and go with the new trend. Not all Walmarts have auto shops now. But the ones with the auto shops seem to have more Auto connected items.

Long delays in service. The staff is very slow and the cherry on the cake is that now it is by appointment with a 2 or 3 day wait.

Ordered 4 tires online using my wife's account. Made appointment to install at 9 am. Arrived right on time and didn't see a lot of cars around. One car was on the tire mounting rack. First the guy who checked me in took issue that the purchase was in my wife's name, insisting that she had to be present. I had a copy of the online purchase receipt with her name on it, but he refused to consider it. He insisted that I could only have the tires mounted as a walk-in. Two hours and 45 minutes later I got my car back with four new tires. I was furious. When I complained to the clerk at the checkout counter about the long wait time, she said that I should have made an appointment. Talk about adding salt to a wound! I'll never do business at this location again.

This place is very disorganized. In order to wait your turn, there are 2 lanes people pull there cars up to. The gentleman checking people in was moving quite slowly, and based on his body language and facial expressions he was not happy to be there. I sat in line for half an hour and was never acknowledged. A big truck pulled up and hollered at the worker, so the worker skipped me and went over and started signing him in. I guess the squeaky wheel gets helped first. The place has 5 bays: 3 are labeled for oil changes, the other 2 for tires. Only one of the oil bays was open. I gave up and left. I'm sorry I wasted half an hour there period. I went up the road to Midas who do an oil change for $24.99, plus They have customer service

Took 3.5 hours to install 4 tires even though I had an appointment, broke off a wheel stud (no attempt run and get the part to fix), and charged me for TPM on a 20 year old truck. Absolutely not worth it!

Do NOT take your car here! Went in for an oil change, they took out the transmission filter, didn’t tell us. Our transmission failed, left us stranded on the said of the 40. Then had to spend $3000 on a new transmission. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING EVER.

Unprofessional and unethical staff running this place. I had a flat tire, so I put my spare on it and bought new tires from Walmart. I used my Walmart+ membership on my phone app. I entered my car information into the app and was provided a list of tires for sale that said in green font, "fits your car." I purchased two tires and prepaid to install them at this auto care center. I reserved the next available appointment after completing check out. The day before my appointment, I received a notification that my appointment was canceled and I needed to reschedule. So I rescheduled for the next day at 9am. The next morning I woke up to a text from Walmart, they had canceled my appointment again. I decided to show up early for the 2nd canceled appointment, so that I could get help. I arrived in my car at the designated car line of the auto center at 8:40 am. I watched as the man in a yellow vest checked in the only car in front of me that still had a driver at 8:45am. I watched as he talked and laughed with some of the technicians, none of them seemingly doing much of anything. at 9:10am I exited my vehicle and approached the men, interrupting their friendly (not professional) conversation. There were now two more cars waiting behind me in line. I explained the cancellation issues to the man in the yellow vest and he told me to go inside and talk to the cashier. I went inside and waited in line for the cashier at the auto center. Upon reaching the front of the cashier line, the cashier then told me he could not check me in for service and directed me to return back to the man in the yellow vest outside. I went back outside, openly frustrated about the experience so far. The man in the yellow vest checked me in, he completed the work order on his tablet and had me sign it with my finger. I gave him my keys and waited for another 45 minutes. The two cars behind me were serviced before my car. I waited outside for the last 15 minutes, where I could see my car fully lifted and without wheels. I was glad it was getting taken care of. I went inside as soon as I saw my car return to the parking lot, so that I could pay any additional fees or costs. The time was nearing 11 am at this point. The cashier returned my keys to me and told me that they did not charge me anything extra. I returned to my car outside to see that the spare tire was still on the car. They had not done any work on the car. I went back to the cashier and they tried to say it was my fault for ordering the wrong size tires. I asked why they didn't contact me sooner to resolve the situation. They said they don't do that and then highlighted the correct size tires on a sheet of paper that they printed out. I asked if I could purchase the right size tires and if my car could be done next, they said my car could not be done next and i would have to wait from the back of the line, again. At this point, I became very angry and demanded a full refund. The auto care center manager willingly refunded the cost of the wrong size tires but was unable to provide documentation of the service costs being refunded. Only when I started recording him and accusing him of theft did the auto care center manager finally call a real manager over to help. The real manager did ensure I received my full refund but the experience was awful and every single Auto Care Center worker seemed undertrained and incredibly unprofessional. The Walmart app clearly told me the parts fit my car, and they didn't. I trusted that the app or service workers would be professional enough to help get the right size tires for my car. Zero stars. Do not recommend. Try Le Pew Tires up the road on Menaul instead. They took good care of me and replaced my tires for the same cost as Walmart but with good customer service, speed, and efficiency. The owner at Le Pew Tires even offered a cold bottled water.

i needed a quick oil change as i am on a summer trip. Usually i can depend on walmart to be cheap and fast. It's very difficult to mess up an oil change (i've done it myself in 10-15mins, and even that's considered slow). i was waiting for 1.5hrs to get serviced (understandable and they did say it would be an hour wait). However, i spent half an hour watching the service tech just staring at my oil filter. No work, just staring. Then another 45mins for them to work out a 'system error'. The cost was the exact same price for a full-service job down the street. 🤦🏽🤷🏾 i am not saying don't go to walmart auto care centers, because in the past they've been reliable while on the go. However, i just can't recommend this place. Even worse, i would say stay away. They gave me an attitude despite the fact they were in the wrong, and i spoke to them in a very diplomatic manner. Oh, and they charged me for 'fluid checks' that i clearly saw him not perform. When i brought it up,the guy stuttered and gave me a technical excuse. i am very reasonable and paid anyway but they lost my future business. Allow me to spare you a similar experience. Just go elsewhere.

This place is horrible. We took our car here to have a nail removed, and the tire plugged at 7:30 in the morning. They said there were 2 people ahead of us, and it would be 2 hrs. They pulled our car into the garage, so we thought it was getting done. Come to find out that they pulled it out of the garage to put somebody else in for an appointment even though we'd already been there for 2.5 hrs. It seemed like they put way more than 2 people before us. They wouldnt have even put it in if we wouldnt have complained about it. Last time we were here for 3.5 hrs. By the time we left it had been almost 4 hrs. I even had a guy in front of me that they put the wrong oil in his car and they were gonna have to pull it on and drain it to put the right oil. Its crazy. Next time we'll get our tires at Discount tire. They're much quicker.

21/2 hour wait to get standard oil change. Only three cars in front of me. Only three little chairs in waiting area. When asked why it takes so long manager said make appointment next time. Been coming here for years and never had this bad if an experience. Better to pay extra to jiffy lube or elsewhere.

FIRST TIME GOING FOR A OIL CHANGE WAS A NIGHTMARE ALL OF IT WAS SPILLED OUT BY THE TIME IGOT HOME 2ND TIME THE SAME THING THEY ARE CARELESS I WAS WORKING ON A SUE BUT CORPEERATE SOMEHOW BLOCKED ME ALMOST 2 YEARS TRYING TO GET THEM TO PAY FOR THE 1ST MISTAKE CUZ IT MESSED UP MY CAR.

Was sold a faulty tire, came to try and get it replaced, waited 2 hours only to be told that no matter the use, unless you BUY an extra plan, nothing is covered under warranty through Walmart. Trying to get my car back now, but they need "some papers to go through" before they will give me my keys Edit: the fire stone near menaul and Louisiana got me sorted in 30 min.

Took over an hour for an oil change. I asked if I could buy and have a new battery installed and they said no. They turned away half the cars there, which I had initially assumed was due to undermanning, but while I was waiting for my car, they were releasing people to go home before the cars they were working on were even finished and hours before closing.

Took them 3 hours to tell me my tire (that I bought in Walmart three months ago) was not reparable so I needed a new one, and my the warranty for my tire will not cover anything. I was going to buy the new one for full price and when I asked them who long will take to get the new tire because I was waiting since 2pm and was already 5:10pm and they told me I could be there until 7pm. I simply leave and fix it in another place, don’t waste your time

Your Automotive Services is a joke. I pay for Walmart+ and expect to get what I pay for, but I've been turned away 2 days in a row now and thats unacceptable. I pay for Free Tire Repair and was told yesterday to come back in the afternoon, as they aren't doing Tire repairs in the morning. Today I come in the afternoon and was told to come back in the morning, by the same person. In addition, I was told that that yesterday I wasn't there and it never happened. Also, I was asked yesterday if I had an appointment and today I was told I couldn't make an appointment for Tire repair. I tried calling yesterday to make appointment after I was turned away and nobody answers the pphone.Maybe you need to get rid of your worthless help, raise the wages and hire people that will work.

Short handed, it took them 3,hrs to do an oil change, but I didn't want to do it myself at home 🏡 so no complaints 😉
