Great job with their attention to detail on my oil change and new tire install for my truck and cargo trailer. Shop manager made sure everything was done correctly and even stayed after his shift to do so. Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend this team for your vehicle. A++

They have low cost oil changes, which depending on the oil n filter you prefer may be cheaper than doing it yourself at times; however, they refused to fix my flat tire because the tread was worn out on the edge although the tire was still decent looking.(I'm guilty of not rotating my tires which I now regret lol) N when I say worn out I'm not saying the wire was showing or about to show either. If this describes the look of your flat tire I'd suggest you hit up one of the lil Mexican tire shops, n not a large corporate one. All the big corps I tried refused to help me n said I needed a new tire😕

Usually I try to not leave negative reviews, but my experience today with this WM auto care has completely turned me off to that sentiment. My boyfriend and I arrived 5 minutes before opening time (6:55am) to make sure we would be seen in a reasonable time because I had to be at work at 9am. I thought this was a fair amount of time, and we waited a couple minutes before going up to the counter to give the man working the counter time to get his day started. When we went up to the auto care counter, the guy was just fine. He wasn’t nice necessarily but I didn’t expect warmth this early, however he couldn’t have been less disinterested in working with finding my car’s battery and getting us started w our auto care. Another gentleman walked by and made a remark about how people were coming “early”, but I was one of those people and most people’s reasoning for arriving at opening time has a lot to do with their own jobs/obligations, so this was just strange. Again, I understand frustration behind not having a second to breathe when you get in, but unfortunately that’s just how things are and I don’t think you should make a comment like that in front of a customer who is here around that time. Next, the guy tells me to hop in a separate line for my battery. I assume this is because I’ve gotten there and spoken with the employee at the desk about getting my battery, but nope. After waiting about 30 minutes (the only person in this single line, it’s now about 7:30), someone comes up to me and gets my info, standard stuff. He tells me 45-60min. I was honestly a little surprised but I just assumed that he did not know how long we’d already been trying to get this in the works. We went into Walmart and did some light shopping, and then returned to the auto area. The ENTIRE line of cars in the left queue (which was initially 5 cars) were completely taken care of by the time we got back and sent on their way. Okay. Sick! Then, after waiting an hour (1h30m of waiting), they take 15 minutes to swap my battery. I was already pretty frustrated at this point, so my boyfriend goes inside to check out. He waited five minutes at the same checkout counter, only to see the employee sitting in the break room. At 8:35am. Once the employee took notice of a customer, he was incredibly bothered and annoyed to be pulled out of his relaxation to complete the sale. I am all for taking breathers, but at this point, if your employees can’t either communicate better or maybe enjoy their jobs, then they should not be front facing the public. I don’t recommend anyone to come here if you want to actually feel taken care of, these folks will be dismissive and annoyed and won’t even keep you in the loop with your car.

Ask for Clarence he took very good car of my tire serve, Israel was helpful checking/cashing me out. There was a hiccup with positioning old tires with new but again Clarence got me taken care of quick and simple.

I get all my oil changes done at Walmart's around the country during my extensive travels. The cost is reasonable, and they turned the cars around pretty quickly. I'll continue using Walmart for my oil changes.

Big shout out to these guys for getting all four tires on, balanced and knew what the next problem was with the shaking of my car. And recommended awesome guys to do the job reasonably and quickly. Kudos to all the ppl in the auto center. Thank you!

I give coor I-40 a 3 star because I needed 1 tire which they said they had according to a call before and the cashier!! Come to find out no tire was ever there!! 5 stars to we tire techs who tried so hard to find me one. Which they successfully did at a different location. Thank you so much for your dedication to customer support!!

I have taken 2 of my vehicles here over the last year & have only great things to say about the mechanics. Very kind & thorough. I always check under my hood b4 I leave the lot(bad experiences elsewhere) & things have always looked the way I left em. Cars run great. Keep up the good work!

I was pleased with services we recieved. We had an oil change done & the services was reasonably priced. Plus the techs were nice enough to put us windshield fluid and air up our tire! They were awesome! Thank you guys for a great experience!

Laureen the department manager has no idea what she’s doing. Literally running a circus of a department. Opens at 7:30 NOT 7am, sells services that no one know how to complete. All I needed was my TPMS re-learned to my car, waited 2 days for essential nothing, requested a refund and denied. Just horrible knowledge of anything going on in that department.
