They could not put a tire on my vehicle @ 4:30pm 1.18.24 because they said my lug nuts were too soft…..Lol. I checked the lug nuts in the parking lot and you could see the impact wrench marks. They were loose not torqued. They were too lazy to replace the tire DO NOT GET TIRES AT THE WALMART ON ALCOA!!!!

I had tires installed today and was charged for lifetime rotation and balance plus roadside assistance without being asked first. Now they will not refund my money. I feel stolen from. NEVER BUY TIRES FROM WALMART!

The auto techs for very nice and helpful. I needed to have two high beam lights changed. And it only took them about 15 minutes to do both headlights.

My 5 year old grandson is smarter than these waffles..Couldn't get lug nuts off lol not even sure what the hell that means!! Anyway went over to Stevenson's, saved 40 bucks, they had it all done in less than 45 minutes. And put on all new lugs..Btw Walmart didn't even put my damn lug caps back on. Probably didn't know how🤣🤣

They gave me someone else’s lug nut key and now I can’t get my flat tire off. Went here less than a year ago, gave them my lug nut key like usual to get my tires replaced and placed it back in my glovebox till next time. Upon trying to change my flat tire, i grabbed the key out of my glovebox where I always keep it and come to find out it’s some other persons car lug nut key and does not fit any nut on my car, now my cars stuck. Last time i do any servicing at Walmart!

Billy L. Put in the wrong tire size. So I show up with a flat tire, wait 4 hours and he lets me know he doesn't have tires for my car. Puts the flat tires back on backwards, was rude and disrespectful to me and the customer in front of me. 100% will NEVER go back. Thanks for nothing Billy L.

Bought tires online and delivered here to be installed. Was quoted a price and when I went to pay it was $50 more than quote. When I asked why they first tried to say I authorized the extra things and when I said I didn't they then proceeded to tell me that it's required of them to do these things. If it's required then why is it not in the original quote??? $50 extra for something that's "required"??? Messed up in my opinion!!!!

If you’re going to give me a paper showing me “vehicle checks and services Performed”, can you at least actually do them! I came in for an oil change, my low tire pressure light was on, you claimed you checked my PSI’s and they were good, you did not. I was also low on washer fluid, because my car notified me, you claimed my fluid was FILLED. Big L.

Tire installation here takes longer than 1.5hours.. they are still at it. I am not sure what they are doing to my tires. Mine had $68 for basic installation. $17per each tire this may be their minimum rate.

I had my oil changed here. They did a great job! Highly recommend their services. Only thing I wish they did was text me when it was done. They said they would but never did, so I wasted some time inside when I could've paid and left. Not enough to lose a star though.

My aunt in her 80s had a dead battery the men did not help her I had to pick her up come back next day was told they would jump it off so can get a battery when went to the bay was told if I can jump it off myself and pull it around they will replace battery. I'm sorry but men should be more helpful to women in need I'm very disappointed. Men be men again and help women in need.

The service manager was incredibly rude and kept cutting me off when I would ask questions. I usually expect this being a woman and getting my car serviced, but this he was acting unnecessarily rude. He told me that they couldn’t change my oil because of a coolant leak, which was semi understandable, but after talking to someone it seems it still could have been done, he likely just didn’t want to. I asked him if he knew about where the leak was located and he said he couldn’t tell me even if he knew, which I have never heard from someone who actively works on cars. Being a decent human can go a long way and I feel his attitude and response to customer questions was completely unprofessional and uncalled for.

Went there to get a battery for my jeep. The first one did not work, so they had to get a second one. I'm back on the road again.
