Came here to get harrassed by a group of thugs (2 front cashiers and 1 female technician). They used my provided oil and filter for a different car, and put that car info under my Walmart account. They said even the mistake my car oil has been changed. Diana said go ahead and request to check the camera. Not too long, 5 minutes later she said they haven't done anything on my car yet. Diana acted very aggressively and tried to assault me, almost hit me if another did not stop her. No one ever apologized until Charles the manager came. Very disappointed, will never come back.

Just got my oil changed today 10/25/2024. Within an hour the check engine light came on and the oils started leaking. Parked it right away checked the dipstick and there was no oil. Waist of $60. Now it’s going to cost more money to fix what they broke. And they don’t answer.

The only thing Walmart and even more particular this specific department has to offer is Frustration and an ample amount of excuses. I am unsure of who is at fault. The individual Associate or there fellow coworker, Walmart it's self for lack of training, or is it the disconnect between online ordering and in-store purchase. However, something has got to give! Purchased 2 tires on line and paid for the service to have them installed taking advantage of my Walmart+ membership. Next day notice only 1 tire was the quantity though it showed I paid for 2 tire installs. Quickly I ordered an additional tire. When shipment arrives and we go to pick up I am told 3 tires in 2 separate orders were there for us. I explain what happens and the associate instructs me to return the 3rd tire using the app. There was no way to return it because it was shipped to the store and had not been received. I show the clerk who lets me know it's only her second day. I then wait for the other associate who was obviously putting out flames of other customers. We wait a bit and she comes to help us. Though she had the Newbie explain the situation 2 times to her she has no clue what's happening. We explain again. We are now deciding we will no longer have them install due to the wait time and ask to take tires instead. I show her there was no option to return the 3rd tire and asked if she received it would the system then recognize it and allow the refund. She says, "um no. Since you purchased it online you don't do anything. Store policy is the item sits for 10 days and then the department returns the item and then it would release the "Hold" on the total of item out of my bank. As you can imagine I was not pleased to hear I was going to have a 100 plus dollars held up for 2 weeks for an item I never needed in the first place. I asked to speak with the manager who said that he was going to come and talk to me after 25 minutes of waiting I finally left with my tires and very disgruntled. I attempted to contact the manager several times and the following week. Finally I reached out to online customer service who then explained to me that there's nothing that they can do because my tires are in physically the auto center service department and without them receiving them or returning them there is no record of the tires for them to return so I can get my money back. Feeling very defeated I only knew and with no one answering the phone not even the main line I finally gave in and called the online customer service again. At this point I finally spoke to somebody who knew what the hell they were supposed to do and how to do their job. So freaking thankful! She was also able to give us another refund that we got for an online order that was stolen and we never were able to receive I'm over $200. There's two life lessons here 1. Never trust a generic associate 2. If it's yours don't give up it belongs to you and it will eventually come back. Walmart is such a capitalist on bargain prices and convenience but it is near impossible (even as much as you want to say you won't), to never go back there. If only I was rich. I would never have to walk through their doors or online ever again.

I would stay away from this auto center. Manager was super rude, condescending, and a plain jerk. Bought a pair of tires from Walmart online and had one of the tires sidewall blow out on me within the first 50 miles of driving on it. Obviously a faulty tire. The manager did not want to exchange nor refund me for the tire and actually tried to upsell me some insurance in order to replace the tire. He tried to humiliate me infront of the other customers aswell by saying a car dealership wouldn't let you refund a car, but proved his point wrong when I rebutted saying that he was wrong bc companies like Toyota will have recalls if their cars are faulty. He knew he lost the argument and just shouted "I'm the manager and what I say is the final word". Don't buy from this store, unless u want confrontation and ur money stolen from you when their products r defective. I ended up going to the Santa clarita location and they took the tire back no prob, no questions, and even apologized that I received a faulty tire. The manager from this store needs to be fired or reprimanded. Never will I ever trust Walmarts auto center with my vehicle. Glad this guy is just the manager of a Walmart auto center, no people skills whatsoever to be in any other customers service job

Its very great they do a good and speedy job. There are long wait times usually because many people go here but its helps to kill time by going shopping. And when they do get to your car they work as fast as possible And not just that they will tell you if theres any extra problems with your car you might not have been aware of

I had 2 new tires put on my Tundra They broke the 2 hub covers and put them back on( they fell off) I wrote a letter Dave the service manager called and said he would replace them I filled a 5 star review - mistake Over a month later- no hubs and no response Their phone is never answered Sent another letter- no response Crappy customer service

This place used to be great, but then they stopped answering the phone and usually only have one person working with customers. From the last 10 times I called, they never answered. Not once. I wanted to make sure they had some tires in. I get there and ask someone if they could check, and they just tell me that I need to get in line. It takes 30 minutes for them to attend me to just say they don't have them. I used to love this place, but now their customer service is terrible

Ordered online, easy, than at store early to appointment like it states. Got there at 9:40am and they didn't start my car til 10:50am. Then they proceeded to take 3 hours putting on 4 tires while getting walk ins, in and out in 30mins. This wasn't suppose to take half of my day. They had marked it as completed in hour in and said it was just an error. Got done at 12:50..

Had oil changed didn't mark the mileage nor change air filter said out of stock when look in store floor shelves was full of filters left oil hand prints all over outside and interior of car

It's one of the best walmart auto care centers we have ever been to. We had an emergency oil change, and they got us in and out (with 4 other people ahead of us) in an hour. We were traveling across the country with a trailer, 4 crazy kids in the car, and they helped us with everything. Thanks guys! If we're ever in Bakersfield again, which we will, we will definitely be back. - Jon, Mitchie, & the 4 heathens.

Bought new tires, but during checkout there was a glitch in the technology which resulted in an overcharge. Pointed it out to manager Roseanne and she took care of the problem 'toot sweet'. BTW the set of Goodyear tires was 15% less than anywhere else in town.

Make sure your wheels are on the vehicle when u have an appointment for new tire installation, because if u carry your wheels in for new installation they will cancel your appointment and add u as a walk-in no appointment and may have to wait hours. Tried calling days before my appointment and was never able to get an answer. 👎🏽

I overslept for my appointment and they were so nice and let me still come in. The ladies working there were super sweet, quick and caring. Tires were done within an hour and it was a great experience. I ordered the tires online and had them shipped to the store. It was easy and convenient.

First I called the auto care center and the phone kept ringing and ringing but no one ever answered and I called THREE TIMES with the same results. So I just went down there. Once I got there it took forever to get some help even though there was no one else in the auto care center at the time!

I called rn at 2:50pm 8.16.23 for automotive ( being very specific in time so y’all know who to talk to and put her in her place ) to ask about the prices and the lady on the phone was extremely rude didn’t give a full response spoke to damn fast and hang up. So much for customer service no wonder why y’all have a 2 star rating
