I dropped my car off for a tire repair, after they started service of my vehicle it took an hour and a half for them to let me know the tire was not able to be repaired.

Every auto parts store was over $200. Autozone had their car batteries on sale and theirs were $189 on sale regularly $211. Have to say they were the cheapest 149 for T5

Got there at 7:05am with old auto battery already out and just needed replacement. After waiting 15 minutes with no help finally a worker showed up but told me he had to finish opening up and couldn’t just check me out but would be back. After another 15 minutes (7:35 by now) he finally came back and rang me up that took all of 5 minutes since I had already did all the work. He told me his hours starts at 7am and couldn’t help that they were not ready at 7 and next time I should come at 7:30 instead. What a terrible excuse for customer service. Next time I’ll just pay more somewhere else so at least I can get service. If your hours say 7:00am you should be ready for business at that time no excuses!!

Central Automotive is awesome wonderful employees that helped me fast and efficiently and were so sweet and kind 🥰 thank yall for making this mama's day I have a 4 month old and a 9 year old and it took them less than a hour and they did a wonderful Job.

Needed a few items for our RV. I was able to find them locally at the Breaux Bridge Wal-Mart. I picked up a new microwave oven, water pressure regulator and a short fresh water hose.

Waited 3hrs for a tire rotation because the guys were trying to get laid and then I paid and found out nothing was done except for the screw in my tire that had just been inspected
