Scotty was amazing on headlamp restore JAN 2024 & same service on my brother-in-law's Tacoma 2020. After the holidays this year, DEC 2024, bought oil to fill my MINI and Alan, technician, & Brice, service writer, were kind and taught me how to properly do it with my kitchen funnel 😉 SERVICE!

Georgia O and Shaun M are literal lifesavers. Both went above and beyond not only on the service, but providing extra help and support along the way. I’m never one to take the time to post a review, but these two deserve the recognition. They saved this little pregnant lady’s day!!

Best service I've ever had at any walmart. The young lady that helped us turned our bad day around. We had a flat tire and they had all 4 changed and ready to go in the amount of time it took us to shop for snacks.

Dustin did my tire repair and wiper blade replacement. I would highly recommend that you ask for him. Had a bad experience here a while back but glad I decided to try again. Thanks Dustin !

I had an appt to get new tires put on my suv. There were some initial issues when I arrived at the appt with the stock inventory online vs what was pulled in store on my already paid order. Kevin, Steve, and Scotty all made sure that this was resolved and that I walked away a happy customer. The team did a great job on the install.

Oil change was great , but I let them upsale me to the headlight cleaning and they stripped the paint off my car . Tech said it had happened before with other vehicles due to taping around the headlights while cleaning them . You would think if it happened before they would learn to not do it that way ! He slapped a little bit of white paint on the area and used a heat dryer but it looks awful ! Now I'm going to have to find someone to fix that ! A $78 oil change and headlight cleaning is going to end up costing me a lot more ! Not happy .

My auto service person Georgia was amazingly awesome and provided me with professional, friendly and courteous service! I've been in sales, marketing and the retail business all of my career and I make it a point to commend anyone that not only does their well, but goes above and beyond the call of duty. Georgia is one of these people and deserves to be commended, she is an asset to Walmart and is definitely management material!!! Y'all better treat her right and promote her, she's a diamond in the rough!!!

Awful awful excuse for customer service… after driving up and making an appointment for the next day. I show up the next day to be told can’t do it because of a stripped lug nut!!! Ok I get that everyone has company policies to follow but when I asked a question the so called “ mechanic “ that represents Walmart shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t care!! Well you’re being paid to help customers so you should care!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there!!! I would rather pay a few extra dollars and have someone CARE about the work I am asking them to do!!! What a lousy experience!!!

Even though there were difficulties with the auto Walmart app, the Walmart employees at the auto center were kind and got are vehicles in quickly and did a amazing job replacing our tire blow out.

I needed a tire and for it to be put on, Walmart auto care said they didn’t have my tire and immediately refused to change my tire because I’m their “policy” it says all my tires have to be the same size and only one of my tires was a slightly different size because I had lost the rim and had to get a whole new one, they were very rude

If you are a women, Watch out for a older worker named Kenny, he will get 5 inches from your face, lean on your car window seal with his tablet, lick his lips, and maybe even comment on how you look, even if you are married,pregnant, & with a baby in the back seat and leaning away from him in your car. Both my sister and I experienced this on different visits and felt really uncomfortable. I called the manager and let him know and he said he would talk to the man.

Quoted five hours for a rotate and balance with only one other car waiting. Said they only had two people working. If Walmart won’t pay enough to staff its stores, I’ll go elsewhere.

They were all very friendly & helpful. They always do a great job. They go above & beyond. I will continue to get my oil changed here for the life of my car. Definitely would recommend trying if you haven't already.

This place is terrible! Their customer service is non existent. I have tried twice to get my oil changed there. The first time was in the evening and I sat in my car for over 15 minutes with no one bothering to help. Then I tried on a Saturday morning at 7 when they opened. Well guess what they weren’t open and had no idea when the were opening. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Called for a price estimate on a tire and she said lemme transfer your call and she ha gs up rude never going to use if u want good prices and tires theres a little shop in kingsport i got a tire there for 30$ and the tire had good thread on it

Slow. I had to wait an hour to find out they didn’t want to repair my tire. Now Walmart will take every excuse so they don’t have to repair a tire even when it’s their own tire purchased from Walmart. I understand that some rules are for safety but they take it to the extreme. Tire doesn’t have enough tread. Repair too close to the edge when it’s three inches from the side.

Took my vehicle to have my oil changed. Thought it wouldn't be a problem since there was only 3 cars, I got there early around 4:15 pm and they close at 7 pm. I waited and waited for someone to come to the car to take my information, the guys working looked and seen me there, still never came to see what type of service I needed. After about 10 minutes I got out of my car approached the gate and called one of the guys over and he said, that it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait that they only have 2 workers and they are short staffed. This is the second time I have went to have service there in the past months and it is always the same excuse. So I went to the Walmart in Colonial Heights in Kingsport which is out of my way and my car was taken care of in less then an hour. I will not waste my time going to have service at this Walmart Auto Center again.
