The Dodge dealership in Cornelius mishandled my vehicle and displayed unprofessional behavior. They damaged the lugs on my tires, didn’t wash my car as promised, failed to install the air filter, and even lied about Walmart mechanics. They falsely claimed that Walmart had damaged the lugs and insisted Walmart should fix the issue. To make matters worse, the dealership’s mechanic stated that removing the lugs would ruin my brakes. Frustrated, I returned to Walmart’s auto center and spoke with JB, the supervisor. After hearing the situation and the dealership's lies, JB immediately inspected the lugs and tires. He quickly arranged for an appointment with Twann, who repaired the lugs, fixed the windshield fluid issue, and verified that my air filter didn’t need replacing after all. A huge thank you to JB and Twann for their professionalism and integrity! If you need tire services or any vehicle maintenance, I highly recommend visiting Walmart’s auto center. Walmart needs to improve on access to schedule appointment to install a battery or access to automotive department for information. Tried for over an hour and was never able to speak to anyone live. Everytime I chose the option to connect to the automotive department it range for numerous times then a recording came in and this number no longer exist or has been disconnected. Very aggravated

I visited today. The worst experience I ever had. Please do your homework before going to Walmart Auto. After leaving there my car ran hot. I just went for a oil change. Calling and emailing my complaint to Corporate... Belt Broke.

Scheduled and appointment for 12 o'clock to get 4 new tires. Arrived at the Auto Center 15 mins early. They started on my vehicle at 11:58 am, they told me it would take an hour to change 4 tires. 🤔 At 12:42 pm I stood up to see where they were with my vehicle . All tires were off and it was just sitting there, the manager on duty asked if I had an appointment, I replied yes, he yelled to one of the team members where are you with that vehicle, I couldn't hear the responds, but I could see at least 6 people just standing around looking confused. I remember why I don't go to Walmart, customer service is horrible, they don't have good communication between the team so everyone is lost. I've been waiting 1 hour and 30 mins to get 4 tires changed. Won't be returning!!! 😠

Walmart Callabridge auto Care Center's staff was phenomenal- Specifically Nate, Jennifer and Joe!!!! They went above and beyond for me and I am forever grateful for them. Nate was very helpful and kind from the start and provided me options and solutions. I am safe with a set of brand new tires and this team made it happen for me!!!

Well, I just had an amazing experience with the auto care department at Walmart on Callabridge Ct, Charlotte, NC. My old car did some crazy stuff. Joseph, one of the mechanics and John, the service department manager, really made feel assured even though the car is old, 22 years old. They didn’t leave me hanging. They just professionally took care of it and got my car safe and running again. The whole department is so cool, professional and kind. Thanks to all of you guys.

Went to this auto center today. The sign on the door was a lunch sign that read, returning at 12. No one answers the phone in the auto store or the operator. Finally, after 20 min I walk around to the front having to search for someone to tell me, they auto center is closed for repair. Maybe post a sign that says this, a recording or something to be considerate of your customers.

I had a blowout at 300am and long story short..I searched online for a new tire and Walmart had a reasonably priced one. Place opens at 7 am according to their website. The reality is their posted hours are 8am. First negative.. Finally around 8:30. A lady came out and informed the small crowd that someone had called out sick (surprise!) Which meant a even longer wait. Called NTB for a quote..high end price for a tire was $250 vs $81 ..I waited. J.D. who I am assuming is the service manager showed up and in a very very timely and professional manner proceeded to process all of the waiting customers very efficientlyl.. I was very impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the service garage and bays and the speed of the techs that were handling various job duties. I do believe that I have found a new garage to service both mine and my wife's cars. Would have given a 5 but the hours posted need to be updated. Tried calling the store to verify at 6:05 but Apparently no one at Walmart knows how to answer the phone at 6,7 , or 8 o'clock .. Great job by the auto center however!

They seem to have one of the better pricing in the areas for oil changes.. never had a problem with them once and you can get in and out within 30 minutes because I don't think anyone knows they just reopened their tire center after 2 years of being closed due to COVID. And if you want to get like a special oil treatment, you can buy off the shelf and they'll put it in for you without any up charge..
