Had a 3 o'clock appointment for new tires.... got there at 2:30. Waited for 3 hours & they still haven't even moved my car from where I parked it. They were pulling cars out in front of mine that came wayyyy after i did!! Sat in the waiting area with a dying cell phone & two kids (a screaming toddler included) for THREE D*MN HOURS! 🤬 left with nothing done to my car!!!

Why put my spare tire in the bed of my truck? It's not that much of an imposition to put it back on the spare tire carrier. Minimum effort indeed. Update: it took them over 2 hours to change and balance 4 tires. Took a half an hour just to finally check out and pay. Tech who drove it out couldn't have been bothered to wipe all the oil off his arm before rubbing it onto the center console. Don't torture yourself coming here.

Don’t bother setting an appointment, set one at 10:30 and 3 other people still took priority over me. Wasted my time trying to get here early, I might as well have just walked in.

Really glad I made an appointment just to sit around for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I existed. They were very nice once being checked in.

I came to this location after getting a flat on the highway about 30 minutes from my local Walmart. Reading the first review about Chris gave me hope this experience. Upon entering the Auto Car department I asked the first person I saw for help. After he gave me instructions I thanked him and asked his name. He replied, “I’m Chris.” with delight, I shared how happy I was to get him and why. He provided exceptional customer service. His communication was clear and effective. Chris, I'm glad I ran into you that day. Thank you for everything you did and for being you. It's clear you have your own standards for service and help. Keep them. Thank you again! While this location is not my local location I would drive 30 mins to work with Chris again.

I went in without high expectations bc the online reviews of Walmart auto care isn’t the most professional. But the team lead Chris went out of his way to help me double check that the oil is changed and everything is in place. The process was quick and easy. You can also get your own parts. 5/5 experience

Booked my appointment knowing my make and model, oil and engine type…. just to take 30 minutes to tell me they can’t do it on my lunch break. Comedically bad service and no reschedule or credit just “sorry dude”. Teenager was on his phone half the time checking me in, manager just ran away I had to go find them….

I arrived to change the oil in my car at 6:15 pm and one of the employees told me that they had already closed and I told him that the notice on the wall and on the internet said that they closed at 7 pm to which he responded that They don't have time because they are attending to 2 cars, one of which they had already finished at 6:25, that is, they simply don't want to do their job, terrible service.

Very disorganized group. You get asked the same questions multiple times by different people, even with the paper in front of them. None of the workers seem to effectively communicate what is going on amongst each other or to the customers. They are a nice group, but its no sense of urgency to get you out of there in a decent time. Don't waste your time calling they just let it ring the entire time we were there. Walmart is too rich not to give our service men and women discounts on car maintenance.

Todos los trabajadores que había hoy son unos incompetentes estaban afuera todos hablando y fumando llegue para un cambio de aceite 1 hora antes que cerraran y no quisieron atenderme primero dicen que no tienen un filtro pero yo lo llevaba entonces después dicen que sus máquinas de extracción se dañaron lo peor fue que llame antes de ir y dijeron que si me atenderían hasta media hora antes simplemente unos inservibles hay en esta tienda

Pointless to be open at 7am, arrive at 7am (with an appointment) and no one comes until 7:45am. I called multiple times and they just looked out the window. Then have the nerve to act like I'm inconveniencing them.

Bad service. Would not change tire without appointment and the people working there in tire service were just standing around eating watermelon. They said they were too busy to take care of our needs. NO MORE WALMART. BAD BAD BAD

Given how busy the Auto service center was, I anticipated that my tire service would take awhile. I was wrong, Chris, Ladybug & Pamela got my car in, serviced & me checked out without a long wait & with excellent customer service. Thank you to a great team!

Had an appointment, and other customers were checked in before me. Waited over 2 hours for 1 tire replacement. Terrible slow service. I will not buy from here again!

Was exposed to close up, but stayed for me to change my oil. Service Manger is a great guy.
