Kevin Tracey and Paul were a HUGE!!! Help. So friendly, so honest, and offered me the most cost efficient answer!! Nowhere was open here on a Sunday except for Walmart and I was a little apprehensive… but they made my day a thousand times better. Took only fifteen minutes. Thank you guys so much.

Today my husband change my moms oil because she couldn’t go to Walmart do to personal reasons my mom has always taken her car to get a oil change now there’s a problem and I want answers and demand to resolve the damage they cause to my moms car they never said anything to her they damage my moms car there’s holes and who ever did her oil damage it because it wasn’t like that at all , all her oil leaking and her car started to smoke

Dropped my car aroynd 3.55pm and it took me 3 hours to get 4 tires changed. I wait patiently for 2 hours and decided to come closer to take a look. Guess what, a bunch of people just standing their and laughing and doing absolutely nothing. This is the first time I have to use a comment to show how unpleasant a service is. Don’t come here. There is a lot of auto care centers that can do much better. Such a waste of time.

Support, They. didn't want to serve me. They skip me over a customer who came shortly after me. Than lied and told me their tablet used to log me in ran out of battery. They also know I'm driving with bad tires, which is like creating a death sentence. Chris

I ordered 4 new tires online and had an appointment a week later. Got there at 9:45 for a 10 AM appointment. Was told nobody showed up for work and they may open at 11. Waited around and still there was absolutely no communication, the employees were talking to us like we owed them something when all we wanted was answers. Around 11:30 after basically begging for help someone reschedules my appointment to tomorrow (today) but I receive an email in the early hours of the morning saying items from my order have been canceled. Highly do not recommend coming here. Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service to say the least.

hola, como está? quisiera que me orientara, yo acudí a un walmart auto center a cambiarle el aceite al carro, pedí una cita ( tomaron todos los datos del vehículo )y me la dieron para el día siguiente, cuando me presentó me piden mi nombre le doy los datos, y le digo que aceite quiero( escogí Full sintético y ellos tienen allí la marca del aceite( Castrol) ellos cambian el aceite y el filtro pero cuando me fijo están colocando otra marca de aceite ) le tomo una foto, luego me envían el mensaje que ya estaba listo voy a cancelar para irme a trabajar y cuando ya me retiro en la vía reviso la factura y el recibo de lo que le hicieron. allí noto que colocaron los datos de otro carro que tenía y que le habían dado pérdida total, y además el aceite que colocaron era de otra consistencia( en ves de ser 5w 20 le colocaron 5w 30 y no se ve que sea full sintético ) me regresé para reclamar y la solución que ellos hicieron fue emitir otra factura con los datos del aceite que yo había pedido.🤬

If I could give this auto Center a minus zero I would. Horrible got there at 9:15 they supposed to open at 7 didn't open the garage part until 10am then came out and said appointments first which a person had a appointment at 9 so I would have been next they still hadn't started yet. 2 outside smoking and yall just started like come on.

I purchased 4 new tires from Walmart and decided to let their auto care install them for me. It took hours of waiting then when completed I drove home and had a flat tire. I took the vehicle back to Walmart auto and they advised that the valve stem needed to be replaced which is why I had flat. They repaired that one and did not check the rest. Because surely my other tires were deflating. I tried to go back to Walmart on Tuesday and just my luck they were closed?? On a Tuesday??? So I ended up @express tire exchange and auto in Concord and paid again to have the work check and they mentioned all of my valve stems was not properly put back together the washers was on the wrong side and he ended fixing all the other tires valves correctly. This could of been a horrible experience for myself and children and for a company name so big Walmart they need to hire people that are capable to the job or at least have audits of the work done this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Got there at 930 and waited 45 minutes to even be put into the system with only one person in front of me. Once I was put in the system I was told it would be 30 minutes. I waited an additional hour just to be told that they didn’t have the tire that I had chosen and they needed me to pick out a new one. I ended up saying never mind because it had been over 2 hours and they had not even began putting on ONE TIRE. Would not recommend to anyone, should have known better trusting Walmart with anything.

I wish I could have been able to wait till the Black Friday sales for tires but I couldn't. They were very reasonably priced at $110 each, Plus they checked and fixed a tire I already had. I was able to purchase a protection plan for the tires lifetime warranty with roadside assistance.

Needed to replace two tires. Went to the garage, there was one employee on a personal call who didn't even acknowledge me. Went to the 'customer door', which was locked and through the window was dismissively waved off. This is on a Saturday morning and they weren't busy. Went to a local garage instead and they knocked it out in a half hour. I know it's Wal Mart, but man they couldn't have been less interested in having a customer.

Short staffed day but only needed a tire replaced. They tried to tack on a lifetime balance and rotation service, but I didn't want that so it took them 20 minutes to get a manager to remove the charge. Next I realized they put the wrong brand of tire in, so I had to get them to fix that. Another extra charge that I didn't ask for. All in all probably a bad day for them but what a mess

The worst . I came at 3:20 pm the lady told me they on lunch come back at 4:30 pm . I come back 4:28 pm he goes we not doing any more oil change. Wasted my time I could’ve went somewhere else

The worst experience of my lifetime. I have a great deal of tolerance for people trying to push me, but this was way over my head. A very simple oil change turned to a number of chasing different people in the 100+ F weather to find out what’s happened to my vehicle. The team member Nikki was very unprofessional and confused. Spoke to the Auto Care Center Manager Aaron, he went inside to talk to his team and walked out passed by me and was indifferent to what happened. I spent half a day for just an oil change. Never do it here, just like I will never do it again. I wish I could give zero star.

Was told they were going to lunch and closing at 1 but reopening at 2:30. Everyone comes back at the re-open time to be again turned away because they were going to lunch and coming back in an hour. If you're coming don't have high expectations of them being there on time

Worst customer service. Waited over an hour and had to come back 4 different days. The employees want to blame everyone else but themselves. Pure laziness. They simply want to get paid to not do a job. To top is off most of the techs don’t even show up

Worst customer service.. I went there for a tire change from 11am. Waited three hours for the tire to be placed on the car. Waited another hour for the wheel to come off and another hour to add the new tire. It's after 5pm. All this for a single tire!!!!!!If I could give Negative stars I would.

Hello. On October the 21st of this year I went to the Walmart on Wilkinson boulevard here in Charlotte NC to purchase 2 tires for my car. When the lady associate came and asked me what I needed, I told her I need my front driver tire and back passenger tire replaced. I went there at around 1.30pm. They were fixing my car at around 5pm. The man that was changing my tires was also doing another woman’s car at the same time. He was seriously flirting and laughing with this woman and instead of checking what service my car needed, he gave me the same service he gave that woman. He changed my 2 front tires instead of the passenger rear tire. I went home and didn’t drive my car again until Monday the morning of the 23rd. That’s when I realized that what had happened. I went back to the store and no one would accept responsibility. Especially the manager who’s name is Arron I believe. He told me there was nothing he could do. That he could not magically bring my tire back and he was not going to give me a new tire. He then told me to go and look for a used tire on my own that is around $40 and bring him the receipt and the n he would reimburse me. He also told me that I can call 1800-Walmart but I wouldn’t be helped because it would just come back to him and he still wasn’t going to give me a tire. My question is why is it my job to look for a tire when they’re the ones who threw out a perfectly good one? They’re basically thieves. They replace good used tires with new tires so they can sell them on the side and leave the bad ones that needed to be replaced in the first place. The manager has no character, no integrity and no honor. He told me that he has no one above him to answer to so he basically does what he wants. He lies, speaks and moves like a boy not a man. That’s why those who work under him talk about him badly behind his back.
