Had an appointment scheduled for tmrw for tires and was in a situation where my car tire blew. Called and asked if I could get them today instead. They said they were out of wheel weights. I ask if I brought some wheel weights, could they put them on? They said that wouldn’t be an issue. So I bike across town and get some wheel weights from harbor freight. Then I get to the auto care center. Before driving my car over there, I ask the person the same person I called earlier if I could proceed. He then says you need to bring your car over. So I drive carefully to the auto care center. Then literally no one is there to attend to my inquiry. I go inside where I’m informed you can’t put non-Walmart weights on tires. Now I’m going to have to come up with another solution to get this matter resolved. They also told me they haven’t changed a single tire in three days! What is the point of allowing me to make an appointment? They didn’t even follow up or call me to warn me they don’t have wheel weights and to reschedule. They wouldn’t even tell me when their next shipment of wheel weights would come in! These guys are next level unorganized.

After a 2 hour wait, for a tire service, they didn't even have the tires in stock! Poor service and experience. I would avoid this particular auto center.

Every single thing the other reviews have said was right. I was just foolish and didn’t listen. I’ll never get any kind of service from the auto care center here again.

Ordered tires online. Tires arrived and are available for pickup. Scheduled the appointment 2 days in advance for Saturday morning because I need new tires for road trip Sunday. I'm getting ready to head over to Walmart when I get a text stating, "Sorry, your Walmart service appointment is canceled due to items being delayed. Please reschedule:" WHAT?? My tires are in and available! And there are no appointment times available for today. Wow, I knew I shouldn't have given them a second chance after they broke off one of my lug nuts last time. It's always a bad experience here. Now I need to find another tire shop to install these tires today. ZERO STARS

Thank you to the tire center for helping us right before closing on Easter Sunday! We were 2 hours from home and had a tire blow out. They were able to get 2 new tires installed just before closing. A HUGE thank you to the AP Manager, Gabby for making special accommodations for us!

Called Auto Care Center and after 3 minutes of ringing, phone was picked up and nobody responded. Just silence. After asking “Hello?” 3 times, whoever picked up my call hung up on me. I was calling a 2nd time in about a week to find out what is going on with my tire purchase and replacement.

My boyfriend and I caught a blowout and this was the only place open until 7 pm to do tires in college station. After trying for 5 mins to get someone on the phone to confirm if they even have the tire in stock .We rushed there pulled up at 6:55 and the man tells my boyfriend they are already closed for the night. Will never come here again

Needed a new battery for my car went in and found the one I needed and asked them to put it in and they refused because it wasn't the most expensive one they have. I know auto part's and it's the same battery just the cheaper version. Not everyone can afford a 200 dollar battery. Will never go back there and will tell everyone to not go. That's horrible customer service

They have always taken such good care of my car! Except this last time was awful for not just me but another man who had the same issue though he didn't miss an important doctor's appointment due to the lack of ability to talk to the techs or get a message to the techs through the process due to how slow every process/service was for patrons that day likely due to no management on site thus no auto-tech accountability. One star less because this last time was atrocious when manager was not there not was the service manager and they guys who were there last time and older lady up front made it impossible to communicate to them in the shop during the process and essentially held me 'captive' for an extra 40minutes (1 hour 40mins total) when I was up front about my urgency to leave due to an appointment I had at arrival and emphasized multiple times before giving the keys and throughout the process though the lady in store never communicated to the mechanics but just reassured me "they are working on it and it'll be done soon". They reassured me at drop off it wouldn't be a problem as they weren't that busy when I arrived and had extra guys not assigned to a vehicle. I just wanted them to stop everything and put my car back together at the house mark but because the auto shop door was locked and the lady up front would not talk directly to the techs despite my asking for them to let me leave asap even if not all services had been completed so I could just come back later, I was stuck there forced to just wait as I felt something was going to go wrong andnit did where they had problems getting the checkout for the ticket to be the correct price having to scramble and run around and finally the tech himself had to manually fix and enter everything by hand which was the last nail in the coffin to where I missed my important doctor's appointment because of this fiasco. However! It has never been that bad and the poor young man who was checking out behind me had been there LONGER than me and his car had been ready for awhile but was never called up to pay and be able to leave until I went up and told them something was wrong for him being there for something simpler than my service requests and then they finally "mysteriously" had his keys ready too so he could pay and leave after they figured out my ticket. 😑 It was not a good Monday for that crew. Also! Shout out to Devan (sorry if the spelling/name is incorrect) and manager Tod for going above and beyond when I came to check my battery days before this incident to ensure my car would be taken care of.

I call in a day ahead for tires providing make/model of my SUV and size/type of tires I need. I am quoted a price and told to come down as everything is on stock. I have my daughter get up early the next day to come with me to give me a ride home after I drop it off. I get there and doors are locked (after opening time). A guy with stretched ears, eventually decides to come see what I need. He was clearly not wanting to help me before he saw my SUV. He the. Looks at it from across the parking lot, thinks for a moment then says we don’t have any sticky weights we can help you. I ask any eta on getting them. His answer is no. Lol. I should have listened to the other bad reviews and avoided this place. I will now. He mad no attempt to check with another store to get the tiny sticky weights to help me out.

I saw throught window that they put the bolt in very early, old oil still draining and they couldn’t wait for old oil out.

Yeah they're okay they're real slow nobody really knows what's going on in the paperwork and in the office or whatever you going to call it screwed me on a gift card I paid paid good money for some tires and they sent the wrong ones and then they had to put the money on a gift card for some reason and I really didn't want to shop there no more at this point but I had to so finally after 3 weeks I finally get two tires for my vehicle and still haven't gotten all that money off the damn gift card so if it wasn't for the gift card I'd be pretty happy
