Fue la peor, mi hija llevó su jeep tj para cambio de aceite, le dijeron que el costo no superaría los 70 dólares pero a la hora de retirarlo aprovechándose de su falta de conocimiento en el tema de los carros y posiblemente por ser mujer, le cobraron cerca del doble dándole explicaciones absurdas, no le recomiendo a nadie usar sus servicios, es una estafa.

I have so far been waiting over 2.15 hours to get my tire patchesd because of nails. I had bought the tire hazard. I will not be back to the automotive center, nor will I ever buy tires from them again

Always take your tires off if going to a Walmart for a repair or new tires. They will claim you need to buy an entire set or some other nonsense. But a carry in is exempt from this. If they ask you can just say it's a trailer. I have only ever had issue taking my entire vehicle to Walmart but if you take just the wheel and tire its all good.

I made an appointment yesterday for an oil change for Sunday afternoon. At midnight I got an email they canceled it due to only being able to hold the appointment time for 15 minutes. It was 15 hours before my scheduled time. Holding it for 15 minutes is for 3-315pm. They just didn’t want to do the job. Glad that happened though looking through these reviews. I’ll pay double somewhere else where I get great customer service and people who aren’t lazy.

They don’t notify you that your stuff is ready or answer the phone. I let it ring for 37 minutes before finally driving across town to the store to find out that they just leave their phone off the hook. And my order had been ready for two days.

Please read this! First of all this is nothing against customer service they were nothing but nice, however I strongly strongly recommend you go anywhere else to get work done on your car. I went in to get a simple oil change and while I was there they offered to clean my battery from corrosion for about 15$. I said yes and everything since then has been an absolute nightmare. First I ended up sitting in Walmart for over two and a half hours to get the work done. Car worked great the next day no issues at all, however the following day my car would not start without a jump. That continued all day yesterday never starting without it being jumped, so I had to take it in to a REAL auto shop. They looked at my battery and told me whatever Walmart did to it completely ruined my battery and I had to pay $250 to replace it. Note that my battery and car had 0 issues for the 5 years I've owned it and the second Walmart messed with it I had to get it replaced. Please go to anywhere else to get auto work done and don't make the same mistake as me.

Punctured my oil filter and couldn't get it off. Blamed the dealership for their ineptitude. Dealership got it off no problem.

2 experiences with this tire center after purchasing tires. First time I had a flat tire and brought it in for a repair, they refused to repair it (despite me buying road hazard at time of purchase) because I used fix a flat so I brought my tire to another Walmart and they fixed it. Second time I had a flat on the same tire and they refused to fix it because it was the tire fixed by another Walmart location. My wife also waited 7hrs for a tire repair on her car a few weeks ago. They’re absolutely horrible.

Every time ive been there it was a long wait. Employees acted like I was bothering them and when i was helped they were extremely rude. Ive also had to call and got hung up on twice, when I had called i was looking for a tire size, they have always asked me the yr, make and model # and they would tell me. To top it off when i did ask that the gentleman who was a manager told me they didnt do that and they had no way to look it up which is completely ridiculous. He was one of the rudest persons ive ever had to deal w. I can not believe Walmart would have someone in management who refused to help the customer then be so rude and yes....he hung up on me.

I am completely flabbergasted by what happened today when I went to Walmart tire center to get my tire checked, the only good part was the ladies that check you out are wonderful!!! Waited 3 hours to get my tire checked and when I went to go check out they told me that my brake light was on and my brakes are squeaking 🤔 The break light was not on when I dropped the car off! After paying for my tire patch, I went to go get in my car figured out why the brake light was on and it was because they were driving my car out of the building with the emergency break on😳 SERIOUSLY all the reviews on this tire center at this Walmart are 100% accurate do not go it will be a super bad experience

I was impressed with the service we received here! We had an emergency situation with one of our tires and were closer to Walmart. They had the tire we needed in stock and were able to put it on for us within 45 minutes. Troy was super helpful in answering our questions and educating me on tires. Management and other employees were all friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this particular Walmart Auto Care Center.

Scheduled an 8am appt for new tires. It’s 9:45 and just now popping them on. Why schedule appts if you aren’t going to start on time? Some appts running late is understandable but an appt first thing in the morning at a tire place???

So slowwwww. One car ahead of me for oil change, 2 hours in, not done, no updates. If I walk around Walmart waiting for my car any longer they’re going to think I’m homeless.

Terrible check in and long wait then they don’t tell you what exactly they checked or did. Then had my information mixed with someone else’s. Told me 1 1/2 ended up being 3. I will not be back. I will stick to my usual place in Colorado Springs.

They act like you're bothering them by showing up to service your car..they also have team meetings while you've been waiting THREE HOURS for a simple oil change. I know you can't expect much from Walmart but it's ridiculous.

Time came to change oil since last at this location. The plug was tightened so bad that we need a impact drill to get it off and need a new plug. Last visit also had wheel repair done and found out they gave back the wrong security key so all the repairs needing to be done are more than oil change and tire repair. DO NOT recommend.
