All the staff there worked great! Very polite professional and friendly! They got what I needed done in a timely manner ! Very professional! Shout out to Richard, Mike, Michael, Charlie, and the boss Jordan who did amazing job in all that needed to be done! I will continue to recommend this Walmart Auto Care Center to anyone who is in need for their vehicle to be worked on for whatever needs they need done on their vehicle!! My car was on its last legs, or should I say last volts? I needed a new battery, and Autozone told me $215! I never used Walmart Auto Care before. This was a great experience, I may change my tires soon too. Jeremy and his crew took care of my little car & had my battery changed faster than I could finish shopping at Walmart. Now I'm back on the road cruising with a smile because I only spent $172 Cha-ching!! 😎

Took a car here to get 2 tires changed. Hour and a half later, they're saying another 20 mins. But they have 3 guys working on it. Lol, I gotta come work at Walmart man. 3 guys to changes out 2 tires. Hahahhha, I need a good laugh. Thank for providing that at least.

Did a great job doing a full set of tires with sensors on my truck. Young lady and older gentleman knocked it out quick and had me back on the road. Great service

Customers should realize that Walmart takes clients on a first come first serve basis. I would advise getting there early and you should be out early from my personal experience.

Oil change and tire rotation was done in an hour while I shopped. These guys work hard and take their jobs seriously. I've been to this location 3 times and always had good service. I walked my baby around while I waited after shopping and these guys were very nice.

Great deal on a new set of tires a few weeks back. I woke up Sunday to discover a fat screw in my tire. Repair was covered by the protection plan. Everyone was very nice and they had me back on the road in under a half hour.

Depending on what location you go to some are ok to shop at others like 8th st are not recommended.

Good service. Not very fast, but that's not a huge deal to me. Good clean waiting area and polite and friendly staff. Good prices on tires that no one else carries.

I’ve gone in several times in the past three weeks to get a hole plugged on a tired I purchased here. Each time they are rude and tell me it will take multiple hours to fix and this morning the man yelled at me for asking why. I also purchased a mobile air pump here and it didn’t work by time I got out to the parking lot. Don’t bother coming here for help or to purchase anything they literally do not care if they get your business or not. I will not be returning to this auto enter and I suggest you don’t as well.

Place was GREAT!!!! Was 1st told my Tires were out, so I upgraded. But when I got there, they found the originals...QUICK SERVICE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The only reason for a 3 star is because of Charlie (the red hair man) at the front. He deserves all 5. I’ve come here three times for service and he has always been pleasant/funny and consistent. Today when I came in I overheard him say two different times what needed to be done and the tech or manager still got it wrong. Give him a raise for being such an attentive, hard working employee.

They never answer calls like actually never you would be real lucky to get that, the over all store is unprofessional and doesn’t answer the phone.

Update: They Literally slashed my tires and thiught i wouldnt notice!!! Original review: The shop manager needs to calm down or get fired dude is a loose cannon making it horrible for both the employees and customers. The rest of employees where cool but you can tell every single one of them hated being around this dude.

Thank you to the 8th street location for above and beyond in getting my oil change tonight! Went to a couple other locations with no luck and I wish I knew the name of the younger man that helped me but he was absolutely fantastic and super helpful!
