My parents had an appointment today and spent 2 hours to get their tires changed and had to leave with their old tires still on. Apparently, Walmart does not have adequate equipment to remove 36 inch tires from the rims. The service man was told how to do it and refused bc he felt that is not what the equipment is meant to do and he isn't going to do it. It was found out that they can not do the tires but took forever to put the old ones back on. Would NOT recommend and highly suggested to get adequate equipment and better trained employees.

Crossville Walmart auto center was excellent. From first impression. Matthew took the time to make sure me and my truck were taken care of. The 2 mechanics in the back (sorry. Did not get their names) were excellent and professional and made sure the job was done right. I had a great experience and would recommend

Went in at 6pm for a tire change on just wheels alone, Didn’t need to come off the vehicle. Was told can’t do it, not taking anymore vehicles when all the bays were empty and techs standing around. Don’t waste your time

I needed a patch on a tire. Walked into service department with 8 employees standing at the counter 0 customers and was told they were not taking any vehicles.

Rude casher.. workers did not want to help me.. told him I did not know how to read a tire or knew the tire size I needed and that only knew spare tire was a different size that was on truck.. I had to bring in my spare tire from under my truck so he could see tire.. and took pictures of my tire on truck for him to read... he still messed up charged me for two of same size tires.. wanted 2 different size tires and brands.

We were on vacay and got a nail in my tire. We needed someone to help on July 4th and they were opened. Did not have to wait long and the service was excellent.

I would've given them five stars until I noticed that they swapped out one of my chrome caps for a cheap black plastic one. Apparently they either lost one of mine and didn't care to find it or whoever did my tires needed one for his car. So despite the decent work, I'm giving one star for theft.

Made reservations a week ahead of time, and they refused us because they didn't have sticky weights to balance tiers with. We drove an hour and a half to have this done. We went to Cookeville Wal-Mart and they took care of us right away.

Scheduled appointment was canceled even though my parts were in. Reasoning was my parts weren’t in. Had to wait over 2hrs to get my 2 tires installed.

Took them 2 hours to determine a leak in the tire was too close to the side wall and then tried to charge me for a new tire. Terrible customer service, Jonathan thinks he is a God and customers are just peons taking up his phone time. When I would ask about my vehicle they would just laugh to themselves after I would walk away.

It's funny if you buy a tire from them it's $18 to get them mounted if you buy them online and hire them to do it it's $28 more work I guess 🙃

Pulled in on my spare to get a flat tire fixed more than an hour before closing time. I live more than three hours away and was traveling home. They said they had decided to close up shop early and turned me away. Had to book a hotel to get the tire fixed in the morning. Is zero stars an option???
