Don't order tires online for install at this store. bottom line. morning of appt got message that appt for install was cancelled. tried calling no answer. husband went up. couldn't find the tires. found tires. internet order manager said entire order cancelled. call customer service. if he wanted the tires today he would have to pay for them again. 800 walmart customer service said the only things cancelled were installation lines. got a tracking number from chat bot and fedex delivered tires 2 days before. bottom line: they got the tires and no one went to the order and check off that they received the tires. set of 4 tires sitting around 2 days and no one bothered to figure out what order they went to. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE WERE THE INSTALL GUYS WHO GOT THE TIRES INSTALLED IN 45 MINUTES.

El sábado fui a hacer cambio de aceite a mi auto, la persona que me atendió queria venderme el aceite qué el queria yo le pedí mobil y el insistió en que no tenia pedí ablar con otra persona y en ese momento dijo que si lo tenían. Tienen que tener cuidado con este Auto Care Center esta en manos de puros Venezolanos qué cren que están en su país y quieren hacer lo que ellos quieren.

I should have read the reviews before I went because these reviews are NOT lying. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the correct battery for my car which they did. I showed up, the lady checked me in- and said it’ll be a wait. Okay, No worries. it was 3pm. I decided to shop and eat at McDonald’s inside the Walmart to kill some time. 1 hr passed. Went to the auto care to wait. 2 hrs passed. groups of people came and gone after me and slowly the workers were leaving and I was confused. I got notifications that my car was being worked on finally but indeed it wasn’t. The lack of communication and protocol amongst the workers was horrible. No customer service. When asked, the guy at the counter said don’t ask me, I don’t know… I was confused by the response. could he not ask the team what was going on ? so finally, 3 hrs have gone by for a simple battery change… and I had to track and manager down which then they took me seriously. but what upset me even more was that they charged me MORE than what I agreed on and SIGNED for. And they wouldn’t do anything about it. If you have car problems, DONT GO HERE. just don’t.

Will never come back at this place again. May God help me never have to come back here again. The mechanic took the car and told me to wait in the waiting area. And before I realized it was almost 1.5 hours and they told me my order was never created and system is down. No communication and mechanics have their own way apparently with no existing protocol. It took me more than 3 hours for a nail fix ( was not told to get an appointment and was told it’s “not gonna take long” and I was number second of the queue). I never had such a bad experience for my car service anywhere ever. The one star given is for the older front desk guy who atleast tried to follow up on the order. Ruined my whole day and my mind here.

4th n last time I try getting my oil changed there...lol I NEVER have someone help me so after a few minutes of waiting I leave. Driving the extra 5 minutes to walmart on trinity mills so much better. Better service.

Bought the protection plan for a tire because they didn't have the exact same tire in stock or for reorder they won't replace the tire. Btw They had some in our size.

I actually had a wonderful experience at this car center. The woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. And the gentleman that changed my tire actually put up the jack and everything that belongs under the mat in my trunk. Unfortunately I had had my about 2 weeks prior to that and the only thing that was close was a pretty expensive tire shop. Yeah that guy didn't bother to put any of my stuff up. Thanks Walmart

I ended up coming here for a headlight restoration on Sunday afternoon. The employee was quick to check to see if they had the required items for the restoration and to let me know that after the process that it could not come in contact with water for 48 hours. I was appreciative of the warning. When I asked how long the service would take, he indicated that it would take about a hour to get to my car and an additional hour to restore the headlights. The process was quick in terms of bringing my car over to the suitable garage and getting to my car. They were able to get the car into the garage in less than a hour and also finish up on my car in a hour. All of the employees I interacted with here were polite and helpful. The waiting area is also comfortable with four comfortable couches, and there is public Walmart wifi available for those who need to work or do anything while waiting for their cars. They also have a drink machine nearby if you get thirsty.

I get there around 12:36 am they said is gonna be 1 hours so they keep me almost 3 hours to change the battery they’re lazy and disrespectful people even the manager behavior was not good with the customer I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there

Marsh/ Frankford Walmart Automotive was an impressive experience, there is an actual Associate that acknowledges you, doesn't ignore you and have been soooo pleasant. I have been to 4 different Walmart Automotive centers in this area and this has been my best experience. Won't say more about the others other than seriously lacking in good customer service consistently.

Nice fellow. Concerning my tires, he took 20 minutes to say, they do not have my tire size. Sent me to another city, that Walmart said, no one called them and they do not have my size. In the morning, my car was completely deflated. They did not honor the warranty that I paid for. I made a complaint to management that is how it got resolved.

This location is great! They did a thorough inspection of my car when I go in for an oil change and coolant flush, theylet me know bad sensors and items to fix. Adan was great, helped setup all the stuff and explained the issues to me, they even filled up the window washing fluid for me! Awesome place!

Went in for an oil change on 8/5 @ 3:15. (They close at 7) Was turned away by the cashier on duty who informed “no more service today”. When I asked why, he became rude and then I informed him I would call Walmart corporate about his attitude. He snapped and shouted at me to go away. I went in and spoke to the store management there to report him. I will not be coming back.

Google says they open at 7, they did not open the doors until 7:20 (unfortunate, but it happens), was the first one in, got my oil changed in 30 minutes. Customer service was great.

I came here to this location the afternoon of Thursday Nov. 17 & three people stood out in a good way. First an African American gentleman really cared about my issue & offered help me, then the lady behind the counter wearing a mask helped me, & finally a Hispanic/Mexican/or Italian gentleman helped me & did a great job. Thank you all 3 of you, I hope your boss takes note.
